I've had the app for over 6 months In this morning It's not working Camera It's buffering on every channel.
Aside from the usual buffering problems from time to time, for the past few days our most used channels go to black after less than a minute. Our movie channel and series are unaffected. I have emailed Smarters support several times with no response.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled app twice. I have cleared cache. I am still receiving “no response from server” message. This has been going on for over a week.

Same complaint as Dan Royer...constant buffering, stopping to buffer every 2-3 minutes, kicks me out to main page..Jessica keeps blaming xfinity, I even had xfinity come out, they checked lines, did speed test, gave me new box, reset firestick, problems continued..had to buy paramount plus to watch cbs, 11/1 the service quit for about 3 hours, totally frustrating and not worth it...negative star review
Hello I have already sent you a couple of mails but havn't heard anything from your side. I have paid around 40 euros yesterday but havn't got any username or password against that money. Can you please check it and send me the details of IPTV account.
Great App but it crashes when I'm watching a movie or series. It stops what I'm watching and starts it back to the beginning of the show. Its very frustrating.

This is the third year I’ve subscribed to this app, and each year it just gets worse. The first year I got the subscription as a gift and it was fairly easy to find the game I wanted to watch, but the app buffering was really annoying. The next year, they made some changes which made the games a bit more difficult to find and the buffering continued. Admittedly, my internet speed was only 100mbps. It seems that each year I find some changes to the app, but the games become more and more difficult to find, as I have to scroll through every available network until I get to the. NFL network. The buffering is not too annoying now, since I now have 200mbps internet speed, but I just got a message that “…the video you are watching is no longer available. Please select another video.” Then I had to quit the app and reload it, scroll through all the networks, again, before I could get back to the game. The other annoying thing about this app is the fact that the video is about 3-5 seconds behind the audio.
All in all, two stars may well be too generous. I’ll have to try another sports app subscription next year. I’ve had it with this “IPTV” app.

I got this service in February and every day I have to constantly reset it, it does not work properly. I’ve tried to reach out to someone via email however I never got a response back other than customer service telling me that this was a fraudulent account but you guys took my money and it plays sometimes and other times it don’t play. Tonight I can’t get it to play on either TV. So I would love for someone to reach out to me to tell me how to set this thing up so that I can get the service that I’ve paid for.

This app has so much potential but it has bugs that cause headaches. First of all I’m paying for this but every time I want to watch a channel it takes forever to load, and when it does play it freezes every few minutes can’t enjoy watching my games. Second it’s always kicking me out of channels for no reason and throws me back to the home of the app. And for some reason these last couple of days no channels will play at all. Truly bad service alternative. They need to fix these quick
