Today is day three in a row I have been unable to login or use the site, as most people seeing "we dropped a dumbell" message continually. I have tried via IPad web and app, plus on windows laptop. What is going on and when do we get access to the product we are paying for? And to to add insult to injury your complaint site will not allow me to post my issue! going for attempt five now.
Experiencing the same problems. I loved this app so much. But it has not been working. I have the yearly memberships and they don't have a refund policy, very frustrating! Contacted their support we shall see what they say. Just fix the app already!

The programs section has not been working now for 2 days in a row. Yesterday I could get the planner screen and do a planner workout but today not even that. When I try to get on it just says "sorry, dropped a dumbell, try again shortly". But it still doesn't work when I try a bit later. I have been waking up with 28 days of Core. I was on day 24 and now I have missed 2 days. Help!
Programs tab not opening up. Trying to follow the Power at home intermediate program. Recently the app is not showing progress through the program and not marking off completed days. I have been unable to show credit for the workouts completed in the application. The programs are no longer showing upn the planner tab and they program tab is not opening to be able to complete the next workout in the program.
