£49.81. Was taken on 9 August 2022, I cancelled membership and stopped using several months .I cancelled the app Soultime too.I would like a refund please .You can see I din,t use anymore .

I recently got a new phone and after I switched phones the app for soultime did not appear anymore on my home screen. It is an iPhone 11 64 GB. When I tried to go to the App Store and download it, it just tells me that I have the app under a different account and offers me a new account and I would be paying double because I’ve already paid until July I believe. Can you tell me how to fix this or should I just cancel and delete the payment and start up the app again afterward
