Hi, App is failing again... It will not Export, gets to 2% then crashes. It worked a couple of times then stopped... Have reinstalled, restarted phone etc several times and issue remains. Is there a fix for this at all? Hope you can help. Many thanks Alan

Pro isn't working. I create something and it says to unlock pro. Connect to wifi or cell. I am..it's juat literally not working. I've followed the troubleshooting and got it to work 1x and now it's back to this. I'm not content with clearing cache, reinstalling every time I use it.

Hi I just noticed that the app resizes the video when it's exported. If I upload a 1080x1920 (16:9) image to loop it. When I save it, it doesn't matter that I keep the original format or select the 16:9 aspect ratio…it resizes the video to 608x1080. This means I have to export the video from another app to resize it back to 1080x1920. Spotify canvas does not allow me to upload 608x1080 videos. Could you please keep the original size of the image when exporting?
