- Difficult to read how to do specific things

- Automatically zooms on each photo

- Difficult to find popular songs that are also on Instagram

- Have to choose a pay subscription to be able to use it

- Not work automatically “per beat” as they state

How to fix Beatleap app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Beatleap app on iPhone
Update Beatleap app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Beatleap iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Beatleap on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Beatleap network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Beatleap Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Beatleap not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Beatleap App
1. On android, goto Settings » Beatleap » click [Force Stop]

Update Beatleap to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Beatleap App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Beatleap » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Beatleap.

Fix Beatleap unable to contact server/ Beatleap internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Beatleap » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Beatleap » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Beatleap
