How to fix LibTerm app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LibTerm app on iPhone
Update LibTerm app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LibTerm iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LibTerm on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LibTerm network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LibTerm Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LibTerm not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LibTerm App
1. On android, goto Settings » LibTerm » click [Force Stop]

Update LibTerm to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LibTerm App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LibTerm » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LibTerm.

Fix LibTerm unable to contact server/ LibTerm internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LibTerm » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LibTerm » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LibTerm
