I am glad this review screen popped up. Every time I touch the arrow to watch a weather video, the video sound cuts in and out, freezes, starts & stops, I can never hear the complete forecast. I used to think it was my phone, so I try watching it a second and a third time, but it does exactly the same thing each time. This happens every time. I wish your tech dept could get this corrected.

I hate the way it is set up. It has two of the same info. The bottom one says you are currently watching the top one so what you see if only small cause I can’t get rid of the bottom info. I generally go to KBTX news and there go to the weather. At least it is full screen and I get the info I want.

I had avoided the new update a few months back because it is not user friendly and doesn’t show wind speeds and such on the map. Somehow KBTXFirstAlertWeather got updated anyway without my help and is now no use to me. When something g is working perfectly why mess it up? Will be deleting🤦♀️

KBTXFirstAlertWeather needs some serious updating. It’s too “busy” and not easy to view basic weather notifications. Plus i can never view the videos. I do appreciate the alerts but if you click on it its not viewable.

The temperature comes up quickly but the videos take several minutes to load. I used to keep the weather page up from the website continuously and just refresh and that happened pretty quickly, some days I think about doing that again but some days I am happy with KBTXFirstAlertWeather .

Good app as long as it doesn't start lagging or become unresponsive. Like a lot of apps there is no indication or a problem message why lag or freezing is happening. I have plenty of memory and storage for KBTXFirstAlertWeather to operate.

Moved to Bulverde, TX from Blue Springs, MO. I first used this on my iPhone 8 and it works nicely. Wish you could move areas around(example forecast near the top). Look at Accu Weather or Weather Bug. Like to make KBTXFirstAlertWeather more personal for my needs.

My contact with KBTX IS MY PHONE. Direct TV does not furnish KBTX as our CBS Affliate. We get CBS out of Tyler. I just do not care for their Senior meteorologist. Marcus with KETK & Fox does excellently. SW Houston Cnty is too far for Tyler/Longview. By highway we are an hour closer to B/CS. Please keeping up the high standard; I miss KBTX WEATHER, NEWS, & SPORTS!!!!! Sincerely Bruce Bailey
