Videos Poor quality always
I am glad this review screen popped up. Every time I touch the arrow to watch a weather video, the video sound cuts in and out, freezes, starts & stops, I can never hear the complete forecast. I used to think it was my phone, so I try watching it a second and a third time, but it does exactly the same thing each time. This happens every time. I wish your tech dept could get this corrected.

I hate the way it is set up. It has two of the same info. The bottom one says you are currently watching the top one so what you see if only small cause I can’t get rid of the bottom info. I generally go to KBTX news and there go to the weather. At least it is full screen and I get the info I want.

Update
I had avoided the new update a few months back because it is not user friendly and doesn’t show wind speeds and such on the map. Somehow the app got updated anyway without my help and is now no use to me. When something g is working perfectly why mess it up? Will be deleting🤦♀️
