My go to source for both local weather as well as national weather. You can list key cities and get ten day forecasts at a touch. You can see local radar as well as expand to anywhere in the country. I just love this all and also the Pinpoint Hurricane app for tracking storms.

This is a great app overall, but I do have a couple things I wish News6PinpointWeather had. And for the record, Tom Sorrells is by the the best Meteorologist in the business and not just in Orlando.

- No FutureCast Radar
I really wish I could access FutureCast radar so I know where the storms are heading next and when at the push of a button.

- No AD-Removal Option
This is a great app and one of the things that ruins the in-app experience is banner ads and pre-roll video ads. I understand ads are needed to pay for the cost of maintaining News6PinpointWeather , but I would also like the ability to remove ads with a one time or annual payment.

- No StormPins Viewer
I know that StormPins is a separate app, but I wish I could at least view StormPins from News6PinpointWeather.

I check the weather several times throughout the day and locations for the weather of friends and family. News6PinpointWeather is extremely helpful and especially during severe weather. I can always plan my day around your forecasts.

This is the best weather app I have found. I have tried a lot of others. Great for us living here in Melbourne plus this is our favorite news station. It even helps me when we travel to our daughters in Canton, GA. The radar is the best. All around great app from average weather to hurricanes.

I think all of channel 6 professionals are truly awesome from how the ladies at the news desk dress to coordinate their outfits. During hurricane Irma, Tom Sorrels, was totally awesome. He told it like it was an did his very best to keep people safe! Sorrels is a very dedicated meteorologist an I have a lot of respect for him. He worked hours an hours during that time. I use an iPad for News6PinpointWeather and find it annoying that you cannot have the area on the entire screen without having it menu on the left side without having the option of hiding it. Otherwise my rating would be 5 stars.

New- app is not working but the alerts keep coming. I can get no current weather forecast. All the readings are zero. It is most definitely not zero degrees or percentage humidity!

Too many updates. I get updates every 6 minutes at times for light rain conditions. While stationary, about every 20 minutes. There is no way in settings to adjust for emergency alerts only that I can find.

I liked News6PinpointWeather much better in the previous format. Since the update to the current format, the radar pictures barely even move. I liked it better before when I could bring up News6PinpointWeather and instantly see the moving radar images for my location.

Every time it rains in my neighborhood, I bring News6PinpointWeather up to see just exactly where the storms are. It is so great to be able to see where the storm is, how big it is, and when I can expect it to pass over. Channel 6 weather is who I trust!

Love news 6! I can always count on them with accurate weather updates during a storm, and I’m so greatful for that! Rode out many of them and they were always there right there with us! Thank you news 6! ❤️

App shuts down and drops me out when playing videos of current weather statements. Several times in a row. Sometimes plays other times takes me completely out of News6PinpointWeather .

Not a fan of the update. The old version was much better. Some things should just be left alone.

The only one that likes change is a baby with a crappy diaper. Now News6PinpointWeather stinks like that.

App is good, but Radar would be more valuable as a forecast... like the Weather Channel app does. Showing rain that passed through an hour ago is of no value... showing rain coming through my area in the next hour or two would be nice to know!

I love this station and it’s crews! They interact like a regular American family and you can just see the good time they have together! They share THIER families and real concerns that matter to us all! Keep up the great work my tv is stuck forever on 6!!!!

Tom Sorrells is always on the job and is THE BEST METEOROLOGIST anywhere 👍🏽‼️ Florida is the most difficult state to forecast due to it being a peninsula with the Hot Gulf of Mexico to our west and our Gulf Stream and the changing Atlantic Ocean, God Bless You Tom Sorrells Thank You for always being there for us! No panic, solid understanding of the systems and what to expect and when.
I’ve worked in newsrooms for years, you guys are some of the best.

I love watching the morning news because they always have positive attitudes. Awesome news team. It’s great to start the day with a smile and they always make me laugh.

Being always on the go I found the Storm and weather app always available 24 hrs a day. A great free way to know what your weather is any time any where. From a retired military weather person.

Always keeping us up to date on what's happening.

Always look at News6PinpointWeather several times throughout the day to get times for the rain to make my plans accordingly

Tom really has a way of making you feel calmer about this crazy weather. I love that since we are evacuees from Miami and survivors of Hurricane Andrew. Tom's style reminds me of my hero Bryan Norcross. Thank you for keeping us informed and safe.
