How to fix Timeshifter app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Timeshifter app on iPhone
Update Timeshifter app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Timeshifter iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Timeshifter on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Timeshifter network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Timeshifter Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Timeshifter not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Timeshifter App
1. On android, goto Settings » Timeshifter » click [Force Stop]

Update Timeshifter to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Timeshifter App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Timeshifter » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Timeshifter.

Fix Timeshifter unable to contact server/ Timeshifter internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Timeshifter » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Timeshifter » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
