We have the same problem with not able to send invitation from Omnipod display app and this has been happening for a few months now. I called Omnipod customer support and they have no clue on how to fix it. Could anyone in Omnipod please help to get this resolved ASAP?
When I try to send an invitation to my daughter for the View I get an error. Customer support can’t fix. We tried everything.
My daughter’s display app will not “send a new invitation”, it gets error UE-1202-SI. I’m trying this as my view app stopped working on may 25. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it.
When trying to sync the Omnipod view app with my son’s Omnipod info I keep getting error: AU-RS-404-MR. How do I fix this? It’s been happening for 2 days.
