Hello, I have sent several support requests online regarding my brentwcool@redacted email. I am having multiple issues where I am unable to receive emails from some people and it says “ Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. : 550: No such user” Please help me fix this and email me back or text me at 205-577-3374. I have had this email service for about a year and have had a great experience until now. I also reached out for support on Friday and haven’t heard a word from anyone. I am a little concerned about that and may switch email providers.

I know longer use this app because it does use some of your data, read its Privacy policy because in my other encrypted apps they do not keep any of our information and with so many of these encrypted apps showing up I would make sure that you read the policy well because they should not be keeping any data on you

Just signed up

I have to give a 0 rating. I just signed in after signing up and it tells me my pass word is wrong. So I go ahead and touch ‘reset’ pass word. I get a message I’ll get an email at Criptext secure mail. How am I going to get my message if you don’t recognize my pass word? I have another email but I didn’t give it. I gave my phone #. I admit I’m not techy but I followed the instructions.

Frazzled update from deleted emails.

Found my missing emails I sent to yaho. They were all in spam. Don’t know why cause it is yahoo that is spam. But still can’t delete contacts. And next time app freezes it will take all emails with it. Even when you reinstall it again with same credentials. Why does it freeze like that?
