[Solved] Email not working since August 20, 2025
Your app is no longer in the u.s. app store. Any chance of it getting renaissance
500 messages unexpeted error doesn't seen the attachments and cannot resend or send messages
criptext doesn't connect on the server or doesn't find the attachment
the app for windows open but for short and then crush down. Then cannot read the messages.

Was very proud to have spent over two years changing softwasre and hardwares, even more impressed with the Crpitext. but suddenly, the software flashes up and then off, messages telling me that Apple is being told about this issue......... however this has now left me to be unable to contact anyone and now the employment world only does everything electronically, I`m kinda stuffed being able to further any career or improved employment worldwide.

Seems to always be hung up with "backing up" files, ceases to work for week at a time, slow, awkward to use & now crash reports and i can't get into my emails, again. Time to leave as now the certificate has been expired for 2 days and it does seem this is an abandoned platform. Bye Criptext it hasn't been pleasant, on to greener pastures.

Not receiving any new emails for the past few days!
For nearly TWO YEARS I haven't been able to use Criptext on any of my machines. I get a flashing red error message "failed to fetch emails..." I've repeatedly sent messages to the support team but have never gotten a response. I was shocked to see today a website recommending Criptext for "secure email" services. The service doesn't work and appears abandoned by the team. Very irresponsible if so as they never sent out any notification so we could migrate our emails.
Unable to create a free account. Advised support on 15/02/2022 and then on 04/05/08 & 20 July 2022 and escalated. To date no response. Anybody having same issues with criptext support?
My email account doesn't open - opens briefly and then crashes since yesterday. but I've had problems all week with glitches. Got in briefly & saw that it shows i hadn't received emails since last Sunday. Criptext keeps sending crash reports each time i try to open it. How is this resolved? I have a recovery key but how do i use it?
