Worst app ever

I can’t believe this is the only way I can get my tickets. I have season tickets and every game I am trying to get this app work. Most of the time it just never opens and gets stuck on the loading screen. Then there are always problems with the Ticketmaster login. Why can’t they just make this simple.
It’s not ready

They have been constantly working on the app building up to and now during the season. Features are CONSTANTLY changing (available one moment and gone the next). Some of the key perks of being a season ticket holder are unavailable. Pretty poor job I’m afraid.
