Surveymonkey Rewards Reviews

I like the surveys I get and appreciate that they are about 25 cents each but I rarely get them and when I do, I don’t get notifications on my phone even though I have it turned on. Also, while answering the questions, if I don’t qualify for the survey, it tells me it will search for a new survey but doesn’t actually give me a new one, or if I am trying to submit my answers, it will stop me from proceeding because it says I haven’t answered all the questions yet even though I have. I am always honest when I answer surveys because I know that this data is useful and important to companies and consumers but the lack of surveys and the buggy nature encourages us to lie just to complete the survey and get the money. I would like SurveymonkeyRewards more if these issues could be fixed.

I think SurveymonkeyRewards is a great idea since a lot of people have spare time when they’re on transit or waiting for something for a couple of minutes and willing to share their opinion on some survey for $0.25. My main complaint about SurveymonkeyRewards is how buggy it is. Half the time I spend 2 minutes answering 15 questions and at the end it tells me I haven’t filled out all of the questions even though I clearly have. Or I won’t be able to proceed to the next question. And then when it says it will find you a new survey, it doesn’t. Because I try to give insightful and honest feedback in the surveys, I am much less likely to give the same level of detail if I have to input it 3 times before successfully being able to complete it. Also, half the time there’s a new survey it does notify me. I still appreciate SurveymonkeyRewards ’s existence but it can be frustrating.

I appreciate that it doesn’t do late denials like many other survey apps. But what I don’t like are the pop ups at the end of my surveys telling me that I answered the questions too quickly and to review them. I have always been an avid reader and have read novels that were hundreds of pages long since I was in 2nd grade. I’ve read several novels a month for the past several decades. So yes, my reading speed levels are a little better than the average person. Throw in trick questions if you want to weed out people who are rushing through and not reading the questions. But don’t insult my integrity by point blank saying that I answered the questions too fast. This is a pet peeve of mine for msot survey sites. Are you looking for people who have below average reading comprehension skills? That’s what you’re going to get with that policy. Throw in a few trick questions and leave it at that.

I love the concept of SurveymonkeyRewards. No ads, no personal information necessary for sign up, and the surveys are short.
The only issues I have with SurveymonkeyRewards is that they don’t notify you when there is surveys available. To make sure I don’t miss any I have just been leaving SurveymonkeyRewards open so it’s right there when I turn my phone back on. I feel like I could be making so much more money if there were notifications. Another thing is that sometimes there is a survey available, you answer the first question and it says “I’m not qualified” for that survey but doesn’t give a replacement. Surveys should be available to anyone and if not, there should be a backup survey.

Let me first start off by saying for the most part I love SurveymonkeyRewards! However there are a few problems I’ve been having over the last couple months. First I keep getting notifications saying I have a survey and then I don’t. And when I have surveys I don’t get notifications. My second problem that has happened to me a handful of times is that I get a survey and take it and i get a decent way threw it and then it says I have to answer a question that I’ve already answered and can’t move forward. I reported the problem once but I don’t like that I can’t get paid for a survey I was taking because of a mistake on your part. I do like the concept of your app though and think other than that it’s awesome!

I think this is very cool. The only thing I would say something about, is the amount of surveys that you get. I only get 1 per week, and each one gives you usually only $0.75 which isn’t a lot if you do the math. Although, I understand because tons of people do your app. So if it was a dollar and there is almost 300 people that play everyday, it would be a big part of allowances. I just would like for it to be upgraded, or get a bigger group of people. Because with tons of people downloading it there must be a decent amount of money coming in, and coming straight back out. Everything else is pretty good. I really do like SurveymonkeyRewards. So if you are reading this I would continue to play this. I really do love SurveymonkeyRewards. Just please make more surveys, or make the surveys have more money. Otherwise, this is the best survey app I have ever played. Way better then other rip-off games. I have read some of the other reviews and they are fairly similar but you have not done anything about it. So please keep that in note. I understand it may take a while to figure out what fits, but maybe you need a bigger team. I’m sure lots of people would love to help.

This is a good app but it barely gives me surveys. So far I have had SurveymonkeyRewards for more than 5 months and have only got to redeem a five dollar gift card once!!! It also said that it will notify me when there is a new survey and I have my notifications on but it didn’t give me a notification when there was a survey! It is a good app, but you barley make any money, every survey only gives you a few cents. I would say it is something to do in your free time, and if you do get SurveymonkeyRewards I would suggest checking it at least twice a day to check for new surveys because most of the time it doesn’t notify you for new surveys. Over all I suggest getting it because even though you don’t get a lot of money, at least you are getting money for free.

This is a Good app. However, there are many many times I will get an alert that there is a survey available, then go to click and it tells me there isn’t any, Or it expired. Sometimes it happens with in seconds of me getting the alert or a couple hours or so. Which I understand they have an expiration, but when you get more expired surveys then non expired surveys it’s a bit frustrating. And some of us do in fact have full time jobs so we are unable to click the alert with in seconds of them popping up.
Not to mention I have received the same exact survey for who my cable provider is at least 20 times over the last couple months. With a few that are not about my cable provider or mobile phone provider. Very irritating to say the least, as those are usually the ones that don’t seem to expire after a few hours of the alerts.

The time frame they give for surveys compared to the amount that is being paid also seems to be a bit askew. There are some that take a bit longer than they say it will and it definitely not worth the .25 cents!
There have been a few that will let you get 5-6 questions in and tell you that you do not qualify then give you .10 cents.

Overall not a bad app. It just has its quirks and things that could stand to be tweaked a bit!

OK, so I never do reviews! And thought twice about sharing for fear of more people using SurveymonkeyRewards & if that would give me fewer surveys! But just have to share cause SurveymonkeyRewards is pretty unbeatable IMO!! Seriously, I get 1-3 surveys a day. .25 to $1 each. Takes 1-5 minutes each. So easy & fun to use! Adds up fast!! Just really hope the surveys don’t dry up, of course! Also, I leave SurveymonkeyRewards open & check several times a day. Sometimes I even have 2 waiting! I don’t know why I don’t seem to get notifications, as they are turned on. Haven’t cashed in yet, and just read that it takes 2 weeks to get rewards. THAT needs to be fixed! Many other apps redeem instantaneously! This will be a huge disappointment to an otherwise perfect app, if it continues!

SurveymonkeyRewards is exactly what you should expect from a survey app. You take a survey, no more than 2-7 minutes, get paid 20 cents(shorter surveys) and up to a $1( longer surveys.) cashing out starting at $5 but you can let it grow. No ads, no downloads, interesting related topics as long as you leave your location on it is worth keeping. I will say you are limited from one to two surveys per day, every other day you may not get one. But each survey that you don’t mach will give you 10 cents for participating each time. This is the only survey app i still have on my phone and i have used almost all available ones online making you work like a slave for chump change and long surveys. Think of this for more on your free time you’re earning money for very few and relevant questions. Thank you SurveyMonkey

My original review was based on events that have been sort of remedied. I found that if you searched for SurveymonkeyRewards in SurveymonkeyRewards Store instead of going through the link to update you get the update button. I hope this doesn’t happen when there is another update but it works for now and deserves the 5 stars for the other aspects of SurveymonkeyRewards .
A little inconvenient especially when locked out of taking surveys and missing rewards so this should be addressed.

SurveymonkeyRewards would get 5 stars I love SurveymonkeyRewards I am familiar with survey monkey being a graduate student and participating in research. I also have earned rewards and it’s a great bonus
BUT
a few days ago I started getting alerts for surveys when I open SurveymonkeyRewards a pop up tells me to update it to continue so I click get taken to App Store but no update available just the option to open SurveymonkeyRewards . It the. Opens app and asks me to update app. I have missed at least 5-7 surveys because SurveymonkeyRewards won’t allow me to take them without an update. Tried to message developer and it sent me to FAQ which I did not need. Hope this is fixed soon so I don’t have to delete it.

I’ve checked out a lot of survey sites to no avail. Most of them awarded very cheap or gave me countless surveys that didn’t match my profile. SurveymonkeyRewards changes everything! I’m happy with the amount of surveys I get, and they actually pay well! Almost all of the surveys you get are a good match for you, and even if it’s not you still get some rewards—10 credits now. I used the money I made towards buying a wedding gift for my roommate. It runs smoothly and is easy to use! The only critique I have is that sometimes I don’t get notifications for new surveys so I possibly miss them, but even still I love SurveymonkeyRewards! Totally recommend if you’re looking to make some money on the side, but be aware that this is not a way to make a lot of money fast. It’s just a little side gig, and an awesome one at that. Keep up the great work!

I have tested A LOT of survey rewards apps and I have kept two. This is one of them! While surveys aren’t available all the time, I always get notifications when there are new surveys available. I’ve cashed out 3 times and the gift card codes are reliable and arrive in my inbox quickly. It does take awhile to earn enough to cash out, but that is only because of frequency. They surveys are usually pretty short and the payouts are usually much better than on other platforms. The user interface is simple, bright and fun. Surveys are very easy to navigate. The only thing I would add is a progress indicator to give a sense of how much of the survey you have left to go. Otherwise it’s 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

I was taking a survey that was worth about $3.00 and I could not continue onto the next page. The question kept telling me “This question requires an answer”. So I went back and checked to make sure I answered everything for that question and sure enough I did. I am so disappointed after I had to end the survey because the error would not go away and let me move forward to finish. I could have used $3.00. Would have helped. So I believe there is a problem with the software or something. Please update SurveymonkeyRewards ASAP please. I would appreciate it. Will change my rating once this problem is fixed.

I never write reviews in SurveymonkeyRewards Store but wanted to for this one. I downloaded SurveymonkeyRewards and several similar apps at the same time. This is the only app I’ve been able to cash out with so far, and although there aren’t always surveys available, they pop up fairly often and I always qualify for them. They also pay well. Compare this to other apps where you have to do much longer surveys for much less money, or you start a survey and get through a long portion of it before it malfunctioning or being told you don’t actually qualify. So to sum it up, SurveymonkeyRewards is the best of it’s kind I’ve used so far.

Everything seems to be working perfectly for me. I’ve had no issues with the codes that they email to you to redeem. I think I have made about $30 so far and I haven’t even done all of the surveys. There is one thing that messes me up every once in awhile though. It’s that whenever you mess up once on a question or try to rush through it, it kicks you out and says that you got disqualified. Other that that I think that SurveymonkeyRewards is perfect and work’s easier that any other one. Plus it’s not a very high level of money that you need to reach before you can redeem.

Great service overall. I have tried other apps that do surveys, but nothing comes close to the UI/UX design you have in place. Also the surveys are very easy to do and complete, unlike other survey apps. The only i would suggest you be a referral program. I have had my friend sign up because how much I enjoy SurveymonkeyRewards. It would be nice if we did refer people that we get some type of commission or a tiny bonus. I’m not saying it has to be a lot of money or anything like that but it would be nice for something like that to be added. Trust me i will continue to use SurveymonkeyRewards and still refer people but it would be cool to see some type of commission or bonus feature added. For example if i refer someone and they do a survey it would be cool if I get like a penny or 5 cents (based on the survey cost). But hey keep up the good work!

This used to be my favorite Survey app but it has changed a lot and not for the better? It seems to find any reason to disqualify us for any little reason these days. If I take too long it time’s out if I read the question or information too quick it says I went through it too fast and kicks me out of survey with ten cents to boot! I’m an avid reader and can read pretty quick and still understand the questions but if I go too quickly then I miss the chance to make one or two dollars. This is totally not right.

SurveymonkeyRewards has the best money output for the time spent on surveys. I’ve used swagbucks, surveys, eureka, poll pay, and google survey rewards and by far, this one has the best ratio. Swagbucks pays more but you have to spend a lot of time to invest in getting their points. Plus the surveys are long and you might not qualify for them halfway in; surveys on SurveymonkeyRewards, however, are very short (<5 mins max) and I qualify every time. The only thing that is detrimental about SurveymonkeyRewards is that it takes a while until new surveys come in, but that all depends on your location. Other reviews rated SurveymonkeyRewards lower because of that, but the amount of surveys that you get is proportional to your location, and those guys just don’t understand that. Give SurveymonkeyRewards a whirl, maybe you’ll get a good stream of surveys, and maybe not, but don’t blame it on SurveymonkeyRewards , blame it on your location.

This is my favorite survey app! It’s so simple and to the point. You answer surveys, and in return, you are compensated. I read a lot of emails of people complaining and saying that they only get about one survey a week, and they’d like more. A week ago, I would’ve agreed, but I’ve actually made $10 within the past week and here’s how. Just because they aren’t sending you notifications about surveys doesn’t mean they don’t have any there for you. One day last week, I went on just to check my balance, and there was a survey waiting for me. They never sent a notification. And now, I do at least 2 surveys a day. Meanwhile, they only send me notifications once a week/maybe every other week. Just go check SurveymonkeyRewards every once in a while. Sometimes there aren’t surveys waiting, but other times, there are. I make an effort to check at least every hour and I’ve actually completed 2 surveys today. I hope this helps anyone that would like more surveys.
