I think this app is a great idea since a lot of people have spare time when they’re on transit or waiting for something for a couple of minutes and willing to share their opinion on some survey for $0.25. My main complaint about this app is how buggy it is. Half the time I spend 2 minutes answering 15 questions and at the end it tells me I haven’t filled out all of the questions even though I clearly have. Or I won’t be able to proceed to the next question. And then when it says it will find you a new survey, it doesn’t. Because I try to give insightful and honest feedback in the surveys, I am much less likely to give the same level of detail if I have to input it 3 times before successfully being able to complete it. Also, half the time there’s a new survey it does notify me. I still appreciate the app’s existence but it can be frustrating.

I like the surveys I get and appreciate that they are about 25 cents each but I rarely get them and when I do, I don’t get notifications on my phone even though I have it turned on. Also, while answering the questions, if I don’t qualify for the survey, it tells me it will search for a new survey but doesn’t actually give me a new one, or if I am trying to submit my answers, it will stop me from proceeding because it says I haven’t answered all the questions yet even though I have. I am always honest when I answer surveys because I know that this data is useful and important to companies and consumers but the lack of surveys and the buggy nature encourages us to lie just to complete the survey and get the money. I would like this app more if these issues could be fixed.

I appreciate that it doesn’t do late denials like many other survey apps. But what I don’t like are the pop ups at the end of my surveys telling me that I answered the questions too quickly and to review them. I have always been an avid reader and have read novels that were hundreds of pages long since I was in 2nd grade. I’ve read several novels a month for the past several decades. So yes, my reading speed levels are a little better than the average person. Throw in trick questions if you want to weed out people who are rushing through and not reading the questions. But don’t insult my integrity by point blank saying that I answered the questions too fast. This is a pet peeve of mine for msot survey sites. Are you looking for people who have below average reading comprehension skills? That’s what you’re going to get with that policy. Throw in a few trick questions and leave it at that.
