This July my so called account manager had me open a Blue Wallet account. He then had me send my bit coin profits to this account. Once this was completed I noticed that I could not extract my funds. I emailed blue wallet and I was told I had to pay to do so and I was sent another bitcoin address to send the money too. Every time I sent money 50% was not included in my balance, therefore after double paying I received an email telling me that I was scammed and to pay $10,500 again to release the funds. In the last email I received there were so many grammatical errors and misspellings that it made it ver difficult to read. I’m not understanding of how a company that is working with funding and legalities would allow for improper correspondence. I let them know if this and have yet to hear back. I have also noticed that my wallet never showed exactly the correct amount and everyday the funds are lesser and lesser. I also requested , since these are my funds, that this so called $10,500 be paid from my funds in the account since they do belong to me and I was told NO! I’m not so sure this is a legitimate business and I will be perusing legal action. If I had to rate them based on my experiences I would give them a -10.

Guys watch out, they use telegram as a support avenue and I used it- twice. The first time solved my issue. But the second time? You gotta read this… I spoke with “Marcos” who insisted that there was a bug “in my wallet” and my device had a “Trojan” (LULZ!!!) and that I needed to give him my recovery phase in order to resolve the issue. Ok Marcos. Sure buddy. As soon as I started to question him, he got very snippy with me. And things escalated- not the issue, but his heated attitude with me. Interestingly enough there was an issue, ok more like a big vulnerabilty, with React Native going on at that time, and it might of lead to the problem I initially contacted Marcos about; The app is/was built with react and it totally correlated with my unexplained behavior with the app. But, Marcos doesn’t know how to explain these things, instead just wants your seed. TRUE STORY, one to write about ;)

Any coin you keep in “your” lightning network wallet is no longer your coin. You have an ACOUNT with blue wallet where they keep a tab with how much BTC you have with them. Once your coin is in their possession there is no way with this wallet to get it back. You’d have to use yet another third party service to get your coins back on the block chain. THE WITHDRAW FEATURE DOESN'T WORK. They claim it is coming soon. They have all of your coins and they don’t let you withdraw. Sounds fishy to me.
On top of that, every time I bring this up on reddit I get harassed my their employees and who I suspect are hired advertisers. Daily harassment about my judgement for this wallet.
They are going to exit scam with thousands of dollars, just wait and see. You might only have $5 on your account but times that by thousands and they have a nice scheme going on.
