I’ve been banking here for almost 20 years. Service has gone down hill. I’m very unhappy with the new online billing system that doesn’t seem to work for me. I’ve had to spend hours in the phone trying to get help with the end result being said that their sorry but we can’t help you! I’m going to be searching for a better place to do my banking here in the near future. It’s so sad because I’ve been a member for so many years and really like the people who work there but the management has lost sight on the people who matter. Be informed before committing yourself to poor customer service and mis management. Very sad!

I get that YoloFCU idea is good for kids or whatever but YoloFCU hardly even works. I press on buttons that will not do anything or it just makes YoloFCU crash! Why can’t we have both and be able to choose to use YoloFCU or not! I am really considering switching banks at this point. There seems to always be something wrong with everything they make, kiosks are always down, low staff, and I’ve gotten cash back from their atm and realized I took out too much and put one back in for deposit and it wouldn’t take it back. It didn’t think it was real, I’m just so done

It was a good bank i would go to chase with my friend and make fun of them and show them yolo federal app is better and i would throw up yolo federal in the middle of chase but now the cards dont work online and i cant even set up apple pay, i cant get my car fixed and im probably going to lose my job. Yolo federal on that bull bull lets run the bank and all withdrawal at once collapsing it forever

The new app will not work with my so called older iPad. They don’t care that the new version forces customers to go out and waist money on a new iPad since they’re programmers are to lazy to make it compatible with the iPads we have. Just a new way to stick it to their customers. Looking for a new bank. I suggest they Fix YoloFCU .

They removed the option to enable and disable card extremely annoying my card was disabled when update happened and now I can’t turn it back on without talking to a representative but wait list is in the 100s

A great bank that handled new update in the worse’s way possible. Has affected hundreds of people call back is ridiculous and if you missed your call back they don’t even try again

Still no notifications for iOS 17. The check deposit feature is awful compared to the previous app.

YoloFCU is God awful, if you’re looking for a loan please and I repeat please do not do business with this credit bureau!!

The old app we had, even though it was outdated works way better than YoloFCU! It crashes all the time! Randomly freezes! It’s to the point it’s a hassle to even check our bank account! We can’t even use Apple Pay on our phones! Seriously considering leaving due to all these on going issues!

How Yolo Federal is rated the best in Yolo Cointry I will never know. Literally the worst bank ever! The bank cards don’t work 95% of the time. Their ATM’s are always down. They take FOREVER to return emails. And now they can’t do a bank update without making it impossible to check your balance, purchase anything or even use their lame and useless app! This was the final straw. Opening a new account someplace else which means I will be closing 3 accounts with Yolo Federal. The worst bank in the nation

I’ve been a member of the YFCU since the 1970s and have used their app since it became available. At least half the time it just sits there showing me farmland. It’s frustratingly unreliable. It’s better than its previous version but still needs work.

It’s buggy on my 2016 iPhone SE. It will ask for the password when I open YoloFCU but when I close and re open the Touch ID login works. I can’t set it up to transfer to my Atmos bank account. Things re load and take some time to load. Over all its functional for me but a bit annoying.

Sometimes YoloFCU is a little annoying because I have multiple accounts and the double-authentication when reloading YoloFCU is annoying, but other than that, I can do pretty much everything I need…like paying another member (usually me) from my business account, setting up recurring payments, etc.
Mostly, I appreciate the good customer service in person.

The layout is very clean and easy to use. It is simple but has a good amount of features. However, when I turn on Touch ID to unlock it never remembers that I turned it on and it asks for my password instead. In addition, I wish there was a way to use an authentication app for two step verification instead of a text/email. However, YoloFCU overall is great and helpful for a mobile app.

Although it has gotten some bad press, that seems to mostly be due to the transitioning experience. Once you log in, YoloFCU is SO much better than the previous one. It's so smooth and user friendly. If you bank with YFCU, this is something to be excited about!

I can deposit checks, shop at almost any merchant and get cash at ATMs from anywhere in the world. But when I walk in the door of my local branch, they know my name.

YoloFCU is so easy to use. You can use it for a variety of things such as transferring money to other accounts and paying bills. It is a must have.

So YoloFCU works great and shows all the things I need super quickly and easily. Big upgrade from the previous app.
