Bad card payment quality

Payment was deducted the order total from my card, and then PopeyesJordan showed that payment has failed, but the amount was paid from my side, upon calling the call center they were rude and made me feel as if I was stealing money from them.

App is bad

Tried to complain about my order and it won’t go through. My chicken was not cooked…recipe for salmonella or some other sickness!
