The app is not loading at all. I open it and there is just a spinning wheel. I left it open for an hour today and no change. I tried force restarting my phone, no change.

How to fix Minga app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Minga app on iPhone
Update Minga app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Minga iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Minga on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Minga network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Minga Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Minga not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Minga App
1. On android, goto Settings » Minga » click [Force Stop]

Update Minga to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Minga App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Minga » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Minga.

Fix Minga unable to contact server/ Minga internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Minga » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Minga » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Minga
