Change your font! It’s so difficult to order through TMADAPP because the font isn’t simplistic like a Sans font. Stop being decorative with your branding and make the font in your app more readable.

I got TMADAPP after seeing a Teriyaki Madness open up in my hometown recently and since I tried them in Vegas I thought I could get TMADAPP , but the location near where I live doesn’t appear and I am not going to drive 200 hundred miles to the next one.
Epic fail on you guys.

I am having issues with claiming my in-app rewards... it says I can’t claim my earned points. So much for spending all that money for nothing... Also... it’s nearing the end of 2020 and TMADAPP doesn’t even support Apple Pay for customer convenience. Slow support help as well... I reached out to the company and no one returned my inquiries. Just bad.. very bad.

The point system is terrible. I buy five bowls a week (Mon-Fri) w/ extra meat so the total comes up to $70. So far I have bought 20 bowls and have only gotten enough for two free bowls. Also every time I place my order I get a pop up that asks me if I want to save the order, after I save the order that pop up never disappears. Great food but there’s a lot of friction throughout my experience with TMADAPP .

I had multiple problems using app. Card reader didn’t work, next page buttons weren’t always always avaialable and worst of all, you have to pay full price and hope they will give you credit on pickup. Of course I was bounced on a technically so tough cookies on bogo ‘offer’. Very customer unfriendly. Doesn’t have to be that way. Bye!

My order was sent to a store in a different state. They said they would refund my order over the phone and never did….
I called several times and sent an email and have heard nothing back.
It’s sad because I like the food but the service is trash.

Not really sure how TMADAPP got released by the company if not all locations are going to be on it. If you can't implement TMADAPP for each store why have it at all? Now for those who don't have their nearby teriyaki madness on the list of locations, we have wasted our time and now have a sour taste towards the company. Shameful.

Since they go through 3rd party deliveries, if they forget something in your meal, they won’t take any responsibility for it. Not once, but twice with delivery. I have never ran into this issue with food deliveries before until now.

The font size and colors used are awful! You can’t resize the text and it’s not easy to read.
The add credit card makes you use the camera?! Yet, it can’t scan credit card information printed on the back of the card, instead of on the front.

Really? Debit/Credit Info needed just to download app? I’ve never heard of this place but see there is one local. I went to download app and says I have to enter credit card information into iPhone. Completely ridiculous just to download and browse TMADAPP .

So I’ve been using TMADAPP for a few months now, and it really does the bare minimum. I can order just fine and I can even redeem promotional offers.
There are still weird things like:
1. Can’t order from default restaurant with ease. It tries to get my location every time, which is completely unnecessary. I should be able to save my favorite location and order quicker
2. Poor user interface
3. Randomly crashing. As of March 2021, TMADAPP works around 50% of the time. As of writing this review, TMADAPP keeps crashing and is pretty much useless.
I truly love the chain and will continue to support. But they need to take these issues seriously, especially when it comes to having a mobile app that’s reliable and functional.

Bad UI design, like the person who designed it has never ordered food on an app. B-team programming that reverse-synergizes with the garbage UI to create an awful product experience that begs you to just order from another business so you don’t get a headache
Great food once you get it though

I bit on the download TMADAPP and sign up get a free bowl. NOPE that didn’t happen, since I’ve bought several bowls, and says I still have ZERO rewards. Just use TMADAPP to order your food slower than calling it in. Gave 2 stars for the fact that it saves your card info for fast processing my unrewarding food.

I used to order my meals online and pick up in store. Recently, I am forced to make it a combo when I order the bowl, with no option to change that. I don’t want a soda or Mac salad with my bowl. I don’t understand why they changed it. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars because of the convenience

The time estimate was not even close to the actual wait. My app estimate was 9 minutes, my actual order took 50 minutes. If the times are based on real time estimates, then they are not functional for the Valparaiso, Indiana location.

It requires a barcode or scan code to use. The Barcode is supposed to come on the receipt but if you opt for email receipt, it is not on there. You should be able to get credit from any receipt they provide so a customer can use TMADAPP across all their available receipt options.

No more steak on the menu? Missing from online ordering

There’s nothing wrong with TMADAPP. It performs exactly how it’s supposed to. You place your order and soon after you get your delicious food. You don’t have to give them your credit card information just to browse TMADAPP . They only ask for it if you want to place an order. The chicken teriyaki bowl is delicious, by the way.

Teriyaki Madness App is super convenient and user friendly! Makes getting my favorite food that much easier.

TMADAPP is very poggy woggy and also lit no capital. It does exactly what it’s supposed to and it’s also cool.

I signed up when they rolled things out years ago in 2016. Always had issues with it accepting my password, despite it being correct after changing it. Fast forward to January 2020, same issues. #fail

The last time I ordered, the restaurant didn’t receive my order until I showed up and told them I placed it. They only accept online orders OCCASIONALLY and didn’t know to check for them.
