I worked my tail off to get 125 deliveries in 30 days for the $1,000 bonus. That bonus was going to be used to buy Christmas for my family! I actually completed 129 deliveries and NEVER received my bonus!! Now let me tell you how crooked and worthless this company is! It took me 3 months to get an answer! The reason I did not receive the money is because if I was one SECOND EARLY to a delivery then they consider it LATE!!! Not on time!! Even though ALL of my 129 deliveries were ON time and customers were completely satisfied!!! The promotion ended on Nov 12th and on December 10th they come out with Bonus guidelines!! A month after the promotion ended!! This company is so crooked!! I tell every customer not to tip online because they are just helping this company pay my base pay! I’m not receiving the tip from the customers! This is wrong and against the law!! Walmart needs to go back to using AxleHire! They were an excellent company to work for!!! I made good money, for ALL of my tips and could except multiple orders!! We need a class action lawsuit against this company so we can get the money we deserve!! Oh and they are listing $7 as tip for every delivery when no tip has been given by the customer!! Guess who is having to pay taxes on that $7??? We are, not Skipcart!! The CEO of this company should be ashamed!!

I recently joined Skipcart as a temporary job to keep me busy while I’m in college until I go back for my summer job and I can tell all of you right now that you won’t be able to make $22 an hour like they advertise online. You’re allowed to do one delivery per hour and you end up getting around $8 or $9 per delivery and it doesn’t even pay for gas. Yesterday for example, I drove 45 minutes and got paid $9 and probably only made about $5 if you count out gas expenses. I am expecting more out of Skipcart because I have been nothing but excellent and have gotten screwed over big time.

I see some people have left bad reviews however I’ve had no issues with SkipcartDriver or this company. They release your earnings every Monday and personally it shows up in my bank account Monday night or early Tuesday morning. I often do the lunch time catering jobs where you pick up the food, take it to the location and some times may help with setting up but rarely. These events pay well and do not take much of your time. It is a great way to earn extra cash

I’ve been driving for Skipcart for almost a year. As time has past there has been more and more deliveries and SkipcartDriver keeps improving. I would say if Skipcart is in your area and you need extra cash Skipcart is a good option

Recently approved to drive for Skipcart however when I attempted to download SkipcartDriver I found many complaints regarding the company’s failure to timely pay drivers their earnings and tips. As a result I have decided it would not be in my best interest at this time to be a driver. Hopefully Skipcart will take the time to read those reviews and to make the necessary changes to remain a competitive and attractive employer.

They made updates to SkipcartDriver that make it very user friendly and of you have any issues the support chat is always willing to go above and beyond to help you out.

Delivering groceries and food whenever I want and really competitive pay. I like SkipcartDriver and will stick with it.

The orders will come in but pick up time will be past due 30-60 minutes making it difficult to deliver and angry customers. I contact support and, they weren’t helpful, I wish I would have looked at reviews before I signed up.

The “update” button on the “edit profile” page doesn’t work and I can’t go online until my profile is complete. I’m looking forward to using SkipcartDriver so let me know once it’s been fixed.

Signed up from the online add they had got approved, and when i got in to use SkipcartDriver all the wording for creating your profile is blacked out so i cant finish to even start delivering

I signed up to be a driver for skip card but SkipcartDriver doesn’t work you can’t even call them and let them know‼️‼️ very frustrating‼️‼️‼️

I keep getting emails and texts saying Skipcart is launching in my area, asking me to download SkipcartDriver and finish filling out my info. I’ve attempted to download SkipcartDriver and fill out my info 3 times this week. It’s glitched out to the point of not being functional. All of the spaces to type in information are blacked out if you select a field to type. Then SkipcartDriver freezes on the info page, that doesn’t work to begin with, and you manually have to hard close it on your phone. I can see, from other reviewers, that this issue has been going on with SkipcartDriver for months. Why bother launching in new markets, if your app has been broken for at least 4 months and isn’t fixed? Door Dash is far from perfect, but at least they fix app issues (both customer and driver apps) within hours of something crashing or glitching. If Skipcart fixes SkipcartDriver , I’ll probably give it a shot. Instacart has burned a lot of customers out with missing, expired, and damaged orders in my area, so they may be trying Skipcart instead.

Times are tough, so a lot of us are finding work where we can. I wish SkipCart was legit, but it does not appear to be. For anyone looking, Shipt is a better option for those looking to do grocery delivery, but you do have to shop. They do not steal your tips, unlike Instacart. (Look up all the lawsuits against Instacart, before signing up.). Shipt pay isn’t always great, but it’s better than most and very consistent. Shoppers aren’t treated like garbage by corporate either. Door Dash isn’t as consistent, but sometimes I’ve gotten decent orders. With both Shipt and Door Dash, you see the minimum pay and location before you accept the orders, so you know if it’s worth your time. I rock both platforms simultaneously on the weekends.

Don’t get excited. You can’t take the catering order.

I drive for Skipcart and can suggest a few important changes that are needed. First, customers need to put in a full name. Today I had a delivery whose name was only “C”!!! This same customer lived in an assisted living situation and that brings me to my second and third suggestion: complete addresses are necessary. If they live in anything other that a single family home or a duplex, the needs to be an apartment or room number (hotels, assisted living, etc.) Finally, a phone number for the customer. I also drive for a ride share company and if needed, I can contact the customer for better instructions or directions or to let them know I have arrived by phone, through SkipcartDriver , so that both of us keep our phone numbers private. Currently, I have to contact the store to have them contact the customer, which is a problem for the store personnel who are hard at work, trying to pick orders. The only other problem I have is that I can’t accept a new delivery until my current delivery is completed; even though I’m almost at the current address and the new delivery isn’t scheduled for at least an hour. Please fix these things and make it easier and more profitable to drive for Skipcart. Thanks.
