I can't set up a target cook temp. When I tap the set up cook button it pulls up the Meater Academy videos instead but they don’t work. I also can’t select the get cooking option.

Used to work until app update. Tried on 3 andeoid devices and none work. Cant select starting setup continues to loop back.
Hello, I have check everything and its shows connected to the block, cloud, Wi-Fi and app. In the app it shows the Meater Acadamy you press watch later it shows your 4 probes. When you go to a specific probe to set up the cook it takes you back to the Academy screen.
When i tap on set up cook it takes me to meater academy that is a video. Won’t let me select meat etc.
Meater app wont let me sign in
Charger not working. Changed the battery twice. No blue light. Cleaned the terminals with vinegar. Still no light. This is the second charger that has failed on me. . How to fix? If can't be fixed, can I just buy another charger without the probe for a lesser cost?

Hi there. I recently just purchase 2x meater + devices. The Iphone connects to the device but then requests to update I select update now but nothing happens. I have tried using another phone as a hot spot but so far each attempt to update has been going for 30min with no success. Can you pleas advise me or what to do next
I have the same problem as Armando Rodriguez! All my previous cooking saved temperatures changed. Peak temperatures remains the same but target drope to almost 50% this change in my records affect the graphs also. (e.g.) original 72C peak 70C target. Now 72C peak 36C target.

Mester app crashes every time I open it. Have uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled several times.
I have tried many times to get the app up and running to no avail. When i open the app it brings me to a sales page to purchase the meater . I already have one.

I have two of these. The first one quit working, Meater said the oven was too hot, nothing in documentation says 450 is too hot. Charged me $30 for a new one, but no charger with it. That was ok until the charger on the one at home quit working. No idea hw to get a new one.
I have tried countless ways of getting the app up and running to no avail. When i open the app it brings me to a sales page to purchase the meater . I already own the meater and would like to use it again for tomorrow night as i am cooking a large prime rib roast and i want it to be PERFECT! Thank you Gino
