How to fix OmeTV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OmeTV app on iPhone
Update OmeTV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OmeTV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OmeTV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OmeTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OmeTV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OmeTV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OmeTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » OmeTV » click [Force Stop]

Update OmeTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OmeTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OmeTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OmeTV.

Fix OmeTV unable to contact server/ OmeTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OmeTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OmeTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OmeTV
