Seamless Integration!!!!

I have been a loyal Fitbit tracker user since 2014, and I have been a loyal Apple user since 2005.

When I decided to make the switch from a health tracker to a smart watch, I was skeptical about moving from a Fitbit product to an Apple iWatch because I did not want to lose all my Fitbit data. BUT, because I REALLY wanted to go totally Apple, I bit the bullet and purchased an iWatch. I accepted that my Fitbit data would be archived in the Fitbit app, and I would have to begin tracking from scratch in the Apple Health app.

I purchased my iWatch, completed my first workout, and saw that lone activity in the Health app history. I then realized I didn’t like the idea of having to start from scratch, and my level of acceptance for having to start over was at zero.

I purchased FITIVSync, and OMG, every single piece of data transferred from the Fitbit app. All of my history transferred—weight and body fat percentage from the Aria scale, sleep, steps, calories, distance, exercises—EVERYTHING synced.

Thank you for creating FITIVSync!

Works as advertised

FITIVSync works exactly as it says it does. After reading a lot of the reviews I was skeptical to purchase, but after taking a chance I found out a lot of people misunderstand what FITIVSync does. It does not sync data from Apple Health to Fitbit—it syncs data from Fitbit to Apple Health. And I must say: it does it well. A lot of other apps don’t sync workouts to Apple Health but this one does...which is exactly what I wanted. Great app!

It worked, ish..

I really wanted to pull info from my Aria scale over. It certainly did that. My only complaint is that for days where I did not have an actual data point in FitBit from my scale (because I don’t weigh myself daily), it inserted a data point using what appears to be an time weighted average of the previous data point and the next future data point. This doesn’t make sense to me at all, because I only wanted actual times I weighed myself.

Overlap not overwrite

FITIVSync does import your Fitbit data into Apple Health. However, it does not overwrite any existing steps data from your health app. For example, let’s I walked 50 steps according to my Apple health pedometer, and I walked 100 steps according to my Fitbit. Using this FITIVSync to sync would just add 100 steps to my Apple health account for a total of 150 steps. What FITIVSync should do is overwrite the Apple health data so that the 50 steps would be replaced with 100.

Great complement to the Fitbit app

FITIVSync does pretty much what I was expecting the Fitbit app to do regarding the Health app, except for 2 things.
1. During the first sync, as I had been manually posting the same data to both apps, so when I synced them data was duplicated on the Health app and I had to manually delete it.
2. Sync has to be done manually every time

Fitbit Sense

I have a Fitbit sense wrist watch and having problems getting used to the software. I don’t feel that the software is user-friendly. The instructions don’t give you enough detail to know how to program the watch and find available data. I never could get the weatherTo work properly by syncing the watch with my phone.

Syncs, but not all data

It is great to sync up, but it doesn’t sync the miles traveled. Also, if it would sync automatically, that would be nice, and replace the Apple data that the health app syncs on the phone by having it on your person.

Garbage

Don’t waste your money. I had years of stats on Fitbit before I made the switch to the Apple Watch. Nothing really transferred over like I thought it would with FITIVSync. Yes most of everything did but all of your achievements that you gain from Fitbit don’t transfer over. It’s basically a fresh start when you get the Apple Watch. To keep it short Apple Watch keeps you connected to your phone where Fitbit keeps you connected with fitness.

If

If it had two way communication with Fitbit so calories and amount of movement, exercise & water intake taking that into account it would be excellent

Works Perfectly for FitBit Aria Scale

FITIVSync is exactly what I needed to sync my weight, body fat, and BMI from my FitBit Aria Scale to Apple Health. One sync imported all of my historical data going back many years and it was free! Thank you very much!!

Watch

My watch is great but I’m having trouble getting it to sync back up but I’m having trouble but not giving up

crashed before sync

I have a iphone XR with iOS14. downloaded & gave complete access to fitbit & apple health. clicked “sync” - a few seconds later - app just closed.
tried again, same result. turned phone off, waited 1 minute, restarted. click sync, same result.
i checked apple health each time - no data transfer.

Like this app !

Finally, my Fitbit, Apple Health and Lose It all work together without having to make duplicate entries or delete duplicate entries... all thanks to this well done little app 😊😊😊😊

Great but no Auto sync

I don’t a Apple Watch so my Fitbit does the job and FITIVSync works like a charm but auto sync is a must on my list.

Didn’t sync to Fitbit

As somebody else said earlier, I got this to be able to use only the Apple Watch but still have my step count appear in my Fitbit app so I can still compete with friends. It did not work. I can’t transfer date from the watch to Fitbit. It seems you can only go the other direction.

I’d like a refund

Support is poor

I told support my watch won’t pair
They gave me a case number and said they can’t help
Isn’t pairing ur watch the First Basic Step???

By

Good but

Please support active calories.

Disappointed in lack of heart rate transfer

I don’t understand why it doesn’t transfer the heart rate information and I am very disappointed in the fact that it doesn’t.

By

Would not sync

The data would not sync into my Fitbit app and upon more research (which I probably should have done prior to purchasing), it does not appear that there are apps that will allow your data to go into Fitbit app from apple health. Waste of money!

Fitbit sync

Works great. Love keeping track of how well I’m doing!

Doesn’t track distance

Unfortunately, FITIVSync only tracks steps, not distance. It doesn’t put all available information from Fitbit to Apple health. This will not help me.
