Sync for FitBit Health Reviews

I paid for Sync roughly two weeks ago. For the first week I noticed it wasn’t always syncing complete and accurate info from the Fitbit app to my Apple Health app. I wrote an email for help over a week ago and the company hasn’t bothered replying. Why would they, they’ve already received my money. I really wish I had listened to the other review that said not to waste my money, hopefully this saves someone else from spending it.

After reading all the reviews on here I thought I was getting a good, working product, especially considering the cost of Sync compared to others. However my experience was completely different. This product has not worked for me at all. Not even once. I contacted them twice to try to figure out the problem. The first time I got a generic response, the second time I got no response. I've requested a refund, but I'm not holding my breath for that either. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I downloaded Sync earlier today after reading the reviews saying how well it worked with the iPhone. I can only see three of the preview windows that’s previewed on Sync .
Can only see the preview one, two, and four have no idea how to work Sync; no idea how to see preview number three and five the most important two that show results of your exercise. Why is this so difficult... I was trying Sync for my workout group the ones that had an iPhone and wanted to be included with fit bit

I love the way Sync works the 1st time I sign in but every time I sign in to this app after that it won't this app and it won't auto this app to my phone the way it's supposed to. A bit annoying and frustrating that I have to re load Sync often since it won't load and signs me out often

Fails to this app heart rate data. Also, body fat percentage is synced as 2550% rather than 25.5%. Is Sync still maintained?

I've been looking for an easy way to consolidate all my Fitbit workout activity with my other apps, after trying a few apps, this is by far the best. It's a simple 1-2-3 to setup and then your Fitbit data syncs automatically without you having to do anything! Great little app that saves me a ton of time.

I really like the this app fitbit to apple health app and it delivers as mentioned. It is working flawlessly with a very small glitch in sensitivity as it counts every shake as a step. But regardless of this small flaw it works wonderfully. Thanks for the Fitbit this app guys you all truly made a great app.

I've been using this app Fitbit to Apple Health ever since it came in the mail. I love everything about it, displays time, the amount of steps you've walked, distance traveled, number of calories burned, minutes of activity, and future alarms if you have any set. Aside from that, every once in a while, it'll buzz your wrist and remind you to get up and walk around 10 minutes before the new hour in order to reach an hourly stepping goal you've set in Sync ; default it 250 steps per hour. It's also able to receive phone call, text, and calendar notifications from your smartphone.

This this app fitbit to apple health is an awesome app. It can reside in the background all the time and doesn't require anything of me any day it captures my activity, No battery eating GPS required. All I need to do is bring my phone and it captures my movement, it captures historical activity and calories burned. Fully automatic and easy to Fitbit this app. Thanks.

This this app fitbit to apple health app is really realy awesome and easy to fitbitsync. I now take initiative in my family to take a walk just so I can see my number of steps go up, Lol. Keeps me active and stay on my feet. Love Sync already recommended it to my family and their addicted just like lam. Great app!!

I was using this app Solver before and it just wasn't doing enough for me. It couldn't this app HR, which is what I really wanted. I'm so glad this showed up as a similar app because this one is much easier to use and syncs everything I want between the Fitbit app and Apple Health. Very happy with my upgrade!

I wrote the developer about a previous version and a beta of iOS 10, they responded within 24 hours and thanked me for the feedback as promised here is my review now that iOS 10 is released. This version of Sync does exactly as described and is as easy as it says, Syncing happens really fast and happens throughout the day, All the fields seem to consistently be getting filled out properly and can't wait for Fitbit to release the full heart rate data so this dev can incorporate that as well. Seeing how well this free app works makes me want to get other apps they develop even though they cost. Very fast at updating issues and replying to feedback even though there's no ads, amazing to see in this day. No need to be kind as the description says when asking for people to review when they've done an amazing job! I've spread the word to all know and have given up my old syncing app for this, Again, thank you so much.

Sync can track details of my health status from my Fitbit and then this app with my Apple device which can then be synced to my other devices connected with my account. I am going to use Sync to monitor my parents' health data so I will know immediately if something happens that badly impacts their health.

This this app Fitbit to Apple Health is great it keeps all my fitness app data in order have 3 different fitness apps all do different things and Sync helps keep everything in order and helps my overall tracking it help fill in the data on my other apps. Sync saves hours of time and makes life so much easier

syncs fitbit to Apple health without issues. As it suggested during setup it took a few minutes the first time but since then takes just seconds, it would be nice to have this automatically this app in the background but notice that this feature is chargeable and troublesome in other, similar apps. Overall a good app that does what it says on the time.

Just using the standard app at the moment on an iPhone 6 Plus, First time tried to this app it frozen part way through, closed all connected apps and switched the phone off and on again. Re-opened Sync and the this app fitbit to apple health worked perfectly, I'll assess how things go before going for the additional auto-this app purchase. Thanks so far

I would definitely recommend this this app fitbit to apple health app as it can tell you what friends have got in their daily steps and can see if you have beaten them or not! It also tells you what your average amount of steps are throughout the week along with calories, sleeping and how many stairs you have gone up! I also like the way everything is set out and it looks great! 👍

This Fitbit helps you to create an exercise plan that enables you to become not only physically fit, but also mentally alert, if you are truly interested in your fitness, you need to log in often if not daily in order to update and see your progress. It is an excellent and organizedway to create and keep fitness records and it is easy to fitbitsync, it just take 1 or 2 minutes. Thank you Fitbit. Why did wait so long

I'm so glad found this this app fitbit to apple health. I stopped wearing my Fitbit when I got the Apple Watch but I hate working out in my watch so pulled out my Fitbit but wanted the information to Fitbit this app with my Apple Health App and this is Sync for that. I was a little skeptical but followed the reviews and Sync works great. During my workout I will turn of the health tracker for my iPhone and turn it back on during the time I'm wearing my Apple Watch. So far no complaints.

Downloaded this this app fitbit to apple health with intention to send all information from my Fitbit Blaze to the Apple Health app. The information wouldn't this app and Sync wouldn't show up as a data source, became very frustrated and emailed the developer. After receiving a response from Bert Lee, we went back and forth with information as he tried to fix the problem, including contacting Apple, Fitbit this app did a great job in fixing the this app problem and care about their customer.
