The website works and so does the browser based stream but when I try to search the app for my subdomain it says it can't be found, not by me or my listeners. The app is the simplest way to stream to my audience but now it's not working and I'm getting a lot of grief for it. No response from the developers and customer service has been very poor in the past so it probably isn't worth the time writing to them too...

We have tried unsuccessfully time and time again to log in. Each time we are instructed to write a Blog and upload a Gallery. Each time we do, same result. Can't log in until we write Blog and upload image. Total waste of time and effort.

Close and restart the Listen2MyRadio app on iPhone
Update Listen2MyRadio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Listen2MyRadio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Listen2MyRadio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Listen2MyRadio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Listen2MyRadio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Listen2MyRadio » click [Force Stop]

Update Listen2MyRadio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Listen2MyRadio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Listen2MyRadio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Listen2MyRadio.

Fix Listen2MyRadio unable to contact server/ Listen2MyRadio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Listen2MyRadio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Listen2MyRadio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Listen2MyRadio
