Downloaded Coinless for a free car wash, which is their own promotion, there was a sign In front of the gas station pull through car wash. Unfortunately the car wash was 7 bucks for the standard lowest costing car wash , and we only received a 5 dollar credit for signing up for Coinless . Is it a free car wash or is it a five dollar credit? Please be specific so people don’t waste their time, Especially since not all car washes are the same price. Deleted Coinless .

Used Coinless for the first time and last!! It doesn’t always sync with the car wash systems therefore, the car wash system shuts down even though Coinless says you have time. And this car wash won’t restart with Coinless so you basically have to start all over again by paying the minimum of $2.00 just to get it started again. I’ve been to this car wash many times and it’s costed me less when I use the regular card swipe. I even gave the experience a 2 star review at the end of the wash and it gives you options to call or message the manager and guess what? Messaged them and never heard anything back. Be cautious, Coinless will cost you more and also it’s very inconvenient that you basically need to have your hands on your phone to keep adding time when you are trying to wash the car. Useless app!!!

Tried to use Coinless at Cougar Car Wash in The Colony, TX. I know it’s Coinless not working and not the car wash itself because everyone else was able to wash their car. Meanwhile Coinless declined my credit card twice, and another card once. I stupidly decided to upload $15 into Coinless , which it let me then when trying to start a wash “using credits” instead of Apple Pay, it conveniently said this service is unavailable - so Coinless stole $15 from me and doesn’t work. 0 stars.

At first this seemed like a pretty good option, but now that I have used it several times I don’t like it at all. You have to remember to stop Coinless (in addition to stopping the car wash) or it will continue to charge your card. Today, I thought I stopped Coinless but there was an error and it won’t connect to the server. It has been charging my card for 30 minutes and counting and I can’t get it to stop. I will not be using Coinless moving forward.

For some reason (a bug perhaps), their app incorrectly charged me over $800 for an $8 car wash. They were quick to acknowledge it was their issue. However, they said it could take up to 7 days to refund me. That is ridiculous! They could easily do an ACH deposit and return my funds immediately. I will not be using Coinless again. Extremely poor customer service.

I’ve used this app at multiple sites and enjoy the convenience. I signed up for Wash Club which is a great value. Had one glitch with payment but the CS rep immediately responded, fixed it and transferred my credits. Will keep using for sure!

Not sure when to start Coinless when requesting wash and when to say done when leaving. If you have to be out of the bay.

Decided to download Coinless because I’m a mom and we like to save, Merry Christmas to me. I must have been rushing because the process didn’t make sense to me. I didn’t know that once I pay, the garage will immediately be ready for me to go in for a car wash.

I was being pretty slow in my head and it was easy to find information to contact the support team. But didn’t have high hopes because it was 6pm on a Friday night but I still called. Braden answered and was patient and helpful! It’s actually a really cool concept! I’m old fashioned and actually always carry quarters with me and enjoy paying that way BUT I like the idea that if something goes wrong. Or if I do something wrong, like I did, there’s someone to call and get help immediately.

Customer service will ALWAYS win me over. 4 stars just because I needed clearer instructions.

Always hate going to the bank/gas station cause the quarter dispenser is out so this is a great fix to a dinosaur-aged problem.
No more eating my quarters either cause the one time I had a problem I reached out and got a refund instantly!

Coinless makes it was to use my local car wash. It’s easy to pay and keep track of my receipts. I especially like being able to turn on the vacuums and not worrying about constantly feeling the machine quarters.

I Owen and Run a Blind Comp. I Drive all over Wasatch front Andy and Logan cache Valley and parts of south east Idaho. I love Coinless because no matter where I go I can find a car wash. I can keep my vehicle clean so when my clients see that I drive a good clean car. I feel it is direct , reflection of me.” I always say it’s an image keep it clean.”

I love Coinless! It s exactly what self serve car washes have been missing. No more dealing with Credit Cards or change... I pull up, tap a few buttons and the Vacs and Wash starts. It even works with the Soft Touch Automatic!!! Love it

Coinless is super easy to use! I love being able to pay with my card at those washes where I had to bring coins.

I live 15 minutes from town. Forgot my wallet, cash and couldn’t dig up enough coins from my seat cushions. No problem, this app saved the day! Very smooth, give it a try!

Love Coinless. It makes going to car washes a breeze.

I no longer have to fiddle with cash or credit card swipes that don’t work.

And I have even more control as a customer.

You don’t even have to open your window at the wash! Coinless totally bypasses the paystation and activated the wash right from your phone! I love it.

Better than having to use coins.

I’m a busy mom on the run that’s usually in a hurry and/or late for most things. Five stars here for making things more convenient and efficient for me!

People dont understand Coinless is not owned by each location. The locations choose to participate in Coinless . So a negative experience at the local wash is NOT a this app issue… the vast majority of these bad reviews are user error!

Coinless works great, so much easier than fumbling with quarters. I wash my car more now than before Coinless , it’s just so easy.
