How to fix Barkio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Barkio app on iPhone
Update Barkio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Barkio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Barkio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Barkio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Barkio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Barkio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Barkio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Barkio » click [Force Stop]

Update Barkio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Barkio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Barkio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Barkio.

Fix Barkio unable to contact server/ Barkio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Barkio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Barkio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Barkio
