This is a worst scamming app ever, my 140,000 gone after all the verification and I tried to reach to the customer service no one respond me. I’ll make sure I get the ceo of Paga and once I get the ceo your company and everyone working under this company will be in jail, I have read a lot of comments about this scamming app I decided to give it a try and you people did what I read about the scam report, I’m really disappointed cus I’ll try my best to make sure I get the ceo of the scamming app 😡
Buy data and airtime with Paga and didn’t receive it.. I’ve been trying to reach their customer service but they aren’t responding at all and this is not the first time it happened,the first time, the customer service replied after many days and today me to contact my network provider when fully we’ll they know I got the issue from their app
I will advice anyone who loves his money to stay away from this malicious site. After creating of account, then you verify and you verification will be pending for weeks. The next thing they shut your account and blacklist your name and number such that you will never be able to open account again. Customer support never replies on any media and the CEO doesn’t care if you have money in there or not. Over 5 days since I can’t log into my account and no one can response. An account that I have never transacted with was disabled. Imagine I had funds in there?
Do not save your money with this people as they are scam and will log you out of the application at any point in time without allowing you access back into the account.
Check there IG page and others…they closed the comment section to allow users not to be able to lay complaints and inform others about there service.
Paga is so slow and I am starting to hate Paga it keeps telling me to verify my address unless I won’t be able to make transactions which I did countless times and the details was not verified till date so tell me how I am going to make transactions and now my money is stuck just let me remove my money and open another bank
From the looks of things, Paga seems great (setting things up and getting to use) but i’ve had this issue (which is the sole reason i chose Paga over others) where i can’t fund my this app wallet with the added bank account. Also, when i try to add my debit card, it only shows sign of a “metro card”, no verve or master card as i input the details (which are the standard bases in Nigeria) making it difficult to fund it. Can you kindly look into these and update Paga ? Paga has been dormant without these criteria.
I actually did three transactions today to different banks from my this app account but they’ve not received the payment yet and I’ve been debited for the past 3 hours… I need an assistant to know what is happening to resolve this issue…

I tried checking my this app account yesterday evening, and I discovered 25 thousands naira exact 5:30pm as been deducted from my account without me doing any transaction of such…. I refer someone to use this app account and she started using Paga , last week Friday she send 26 thousand Naira to someone and the person didn’t receive the money till now and there is no reverse till now, she is on my neck since last week pls I have try to reach your customer support number but non of them is responding pls try to help us with this issue please
