Une application très intéressante, malheureusement qui ne supporte pas la langue française, dommage ! avez-vous prévu de rendre disponible Сhoisecom en français dans un prochain temps.

J’ai l’équivalent de 50€ qui dorment sur Сhoisecom et je ne peux pas le récupérer que ce soit par envoie sur un Wallet, sur une CB (obligatoire MasterCard et même si ça l’ai j’ai essayé en l’envoyant sur celle de mon ami ça ne fonctionne pas une erreur de produit) et l’envoi vers compte bancaire est toujours en maintenance ! A éviter à tout prix en tout cas en France !

Je n’arrive plus à accéder à mon compte et je ne connais pas les raisons je n’ai pas reçu de mails quelconques me signifiant que mon compte a un souci même Сhoisecom
Puis je avoir une réponse ?

J’aimerais ne pouvoir mettre aucune étoile. Cela fait trois jours que je contact le support technique car j’ai 35€ qui restent dans mon compte (je n’arrive pas à vider le tout) et personne ne me trouve de solution. On me dit de bien vouloir faire des calculs de frais pour les prochaines utilisations. En gros mon argent restant va être manger par Crypterium.

I Saw at the biginning of the year a card wich was 25$ to be order and when I decided to order it you said not avalaible again that I should wait now it’s only Visa card wich is available wich I found costery because a lot of fees to manage monthly, each atm withdrawal fees and the first one was without all this just 2% on load fees can I have that card unionpay or MasterCard back ?

They have lost my ETH, i contacted to support 8 times, I have been waiting 3 months but still no answer. I think they are stealing and laundering money. I will file it to the government finally. Do not believe them, support did not give my money back. It is been 3 months. They just write “be patient” :) you will get your money stolen.

Dont trust is no support work

If you consider opening a wallet , I can just advice you to go on any wallet but not Crypterium.
There chat support is just a scam, they always redirect you to email that takes days (weeks) to answer with automated answers.
The card provided by Crypterium works not even 50% of the time on the internet, the code you are supposed to receive by message being blocked.
You can find way better in term of fees and delays also, .. basically no advantage.

Really sad to write that after few tries to contact your support.

So i a request on the16/09- solved 10/10 24 days to half solve the problem. on the 19/11 i noticed that they didn’t t solve my issue completely 6 days have passed hope i don’t have to wait an other 24 days 'all this wait just cause of a phone number change usually banks solve this in less then 24h ' not gonna lie first time i heard about crypterium i liked it the app and website are rly good but holy this security support team is just insane firstly most of the issues that people has are handled by the security department and the waiting time are hella long i honestly think their security team has 1 supervisor+ 3 tech guys or 2 handling 1000 request per day. They are to cheap to hire more people they have like the longest wait time for the love of god get more people on the security department 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡i never wrote a review ever on an app but this one deserves it the wait time to solve a security related issue take ages it should be at least 3 days max so disappointed if you dont like the long waiting time dont use this app 🙂
