I recently talked with a customer service person she told me I could use the card however when I tried to use it - the company I was trying to use it said everything was wrong I would appreciate a customer service representative to call me at 7864291074 I tried the 800 number but I could not get passed your automated call in I could not make it understand that I wanted to talk to a live person as to Expiration date and or is the card useless and I need a new one so PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
After several years with Synchrony, I can’t log in. The phone number for second verification is a landline that has been disconnected for a year and a half. We changed our phone number when we moved and have transferred and wired funds, opened several CDs with our new info and now, all of a sudden, can’t see accounts. Almost feel that Synchrony doesn’t want us to see our accounts because they did something with the money. Very suspicious.
