App stopped working

Can’t access the app as of today. Says check your network connection which is working fine, and the hub on the LED light is green. Also have reset the hub. All my other devices that use wifi connection work fine. Really ticked as there is no solution for this. Reinstalled the Adurosmart Eria App. Can’t even log in since it just gives check your network connection error.
Push notification not working

Push notification stopped working and I don’t know why. I’ve uninstalled and installed again and reset my settings and notifications. However, still not getting the pushed notifications. I can get the notification in app, but not when I’m out of app. Dev please fix this issue.
Horrible

This is the worst home hub system. It worked for about a month, and now it’s horrible. They don’t update their software, the don’t provide support, and the app is just beyond broken. Sorry if you bought their hub, but definitely return it and get your money back.
