Can’t access AduroSmartERIASmartHome as of today. Says check your network connection which is working fine, and the hub on the LED light is green. Also have reset the hub. All my other devices that use wifi connection work fine. Really ticked as there is no solution for this. Reinstalled the Adurosmart Eria App. Can’t even log in since it just gives check your network connection error.

Push notification stopped working and I don’t know why. I’ve uninstalled and installed again and reset my settings and notifications. However, still not getting the pushed notifications. I can get the notification in app, but not when I’m out of app. Dev please fix this issue.

This is the worst home hub system. It worked for about a month, and now it’s horrible. They don’t update their software, the don’t provide support, and AduroSmartERIASmartHome is just beyond broken. Sorry if you bought their hub, but definitely return it and get your money back.

Tried following app instructions for an hour, couldn’t pair bulb or the dimmer remote.

Finally found a completely different user manual (same product) online to connect the remote directly to the light (no app interaction) and that worked first try.

The latest update deleted all my rooms except for the living room. When I try to add a new room it times out and gives me an error.

No longer communicates with my Alexa, just stopped working. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing. Not happy with it.

AduroSmartERIASmartHome is so bad...like it's barely usable sometimes. Nothing connects, it's always a hassle to connect even when the hub is next to the product. The lights fail all the time and a lot of the products look used. Customer service is terrible as well. There's never any response and the time I get a response they're rude. I was told "that's how all companies pack their products" ummm my Eria light strip had the tape peeled off...definitely used. I tried AduroSmartERIASmartHome on the Android and it's basically nonexistent. Always broken. I've never seen a more pathetic company and product. I was also told hue lights work...NOTHING WORKS WITH AduroSmartERIASmartHome.

AduroSmartERIASmartHome is so horrible I can’t even get through the initial set up between constant glitches and inability to successfully scan the QR code. Have to send the device back. Not worth it.

I just got this as a Christmas gift and it connected ok, I think. I can’t install it with AduroSmartERIASmartHome because I can’t scan the QR code. I can’t scan the QR code because AduroSmartERIASmartHome won’t access the camera. I had my father try it and he had the same issue. There’s no option for it. The website says that chat is available but no one answered. So yeah, I’m not happy and the install should be less stressful. Might update this once I actually get it working but it may be a minute since AduroSmartERIASmartHome needs to be updated.
