How to fix VeridiumID app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VeridiumID app on iPhone
Update VeridiumID app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VeridiumID iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VeridiumID on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VeridiumID network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VeridiumID Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VeridiumID not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VeridiumID App
1. On android, goto Settings » VeridiumID » click [Force Stop]

Update VeridiumID to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VeridiumID App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VeridiumID » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VeridiumID.

Fix VeridiumID unable to contact server/ VeridiumID internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VeridiumID » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VeridiumID » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
