Tacx android app on Samsung Tab A just crashes and returns to tab homescreen.

When riding on TACX Training Desktop App the screen sometimes (like yesterday) turns completely black. It stays black for few minutes or more, but the app keeps running as resistance is still controlled and when the screen turns on again the time in black screen is recorded. I think it mostly happens on GPS ride, but not sure about that. Thanks, Tomer

My desktop app keeps crashing sometimes I'll get part way into a ride then the film just stops or sometimes it will only do seconds into film. I've deleted everything from my laptop and reset to factory settings and just reloaded the tacx app. It all works fine on my phone and tablet it's so annoying to do half a ride then it stops and you have to start again using tablet or phone but for me the screen is so small.

My tacx training app does not lauch the video ?
Common dislikes about Tacx Training app
- Analysis graphs do not get plotted with proper scaling of the data
- No way to resize the y axis of the graphs
- No way to send ride data to Garmin Connect service in addition to Strava
- No longer able to export directly to Strava
- Difficult to see important data points while riding
- Expensive subscription fees for GPS rides, videos, etc.
- Data lost when Tacx cloud migrated and merged with Garmin cloud
- Poor customer support
