How to fix Purpur app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Purpur app on iPhone
Update Purpur app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Purpur iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Purpur on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Purpur network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Purpur Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Purpur not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Purpur App
1. On android, goto Settings » Purpur » click [Force Stop]

Update Purpur to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Purpur App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Purpur » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Purpur.

Fix Purpur unable to contact server/ Purpur internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Purpur » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Purpur » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
