During finals week the only bus I used was removed from the tracker, not to mention it’s so cold out. No update to notify it wasn’t being tracked, just that there were no buses within the next hour. It would be fine if this bus came every five minutes but it comes barely every hour. The bus currently still goes and the website says when it will arrive, so this shouldn’t be a problem

When it’s not telling you for five minutes straight that the next bus will be there in 10 minutes, it’s going from “4 minutes” to “Due” within the space of thirty seconds. I can’t tell you how many buses I’ve missed.
