last week I wanted to do steaks on grill & I could not connect to stick. the stick is clean , solid green light but would not connect. I tried everything I could think of but wouldn't connect. I have pictures but can't figure out how to post them on my computer

Your webpage has nice pictures and graphics, but that is where it ends. There is no order to the products or accessories. Comparing 2 products is very hard to do as nothing is in any kind of order or on the same page. Get someone who is experienced at writing webpages, who can take a look at your site and offer constructive criticism. It would take only a couple of days to make the necessary changes. Good luck.

Your product is GARBAGE!! Your tech support is even less. When I chat with your virtual assistant it kicks me over to Ask etc for only $1.00 fully refundable but it tries to bill my credit card $48.00. I need help but you haven't been any. I have three of your products and I would appreciate some support

Poking for parts for the receiver part of the meat stick. We broke the antenna on the receiver.

Won’t hold a charge after one use

I used it one time, cleaned it put it on the charger and put it in the cupboard about three days later, even though it’s advertised as keeping charged, I went to use it and it said it did not have enough power to be used. I put it on the charger again make sure that the batteries had full charge. Next time I wanted to use it, I hit the charger button in the morning. By afternoon, after having been on the charger most of the day, when I went to connect they told me it had less than 20% charge and needed to be in low power mode. If it actually hold a charge it was good for more than one use I probably would have given it five stars. UPDATE -got it to charge, and sometimes it works, definitely better if you got an opening on top of the stove and keep your phone within 3 feet of the stove. If you put it in a toaster oven it’s iffy if you actually put it in the oven even keeping your phone within 3 feet of the oven it disconnects and it will not reconnect. It is so rarely actually working, that I considered to never work

Inaccuracy makes up for lack of privacy?

It’s obviously ridiculous for an app to ask for your precise location unless and until you are navigating or doing something that actually is useful to YOU. Cooking meat? You know where you are already! They don’t need to know unless they want to violate your privacy. Unfortunately, this app doesn’t work at all until you set your iPhone to allow the app maker to track you all of the time. Awesome? I rolled my eyes and thought to myself, fine, I’ll just turn it off after I’m done cooking. Well, not so much. Then — the best part — I realized that the Meat Stick’s internal thermometer was off by a factor of at least 20°F! Like a good engineer, I doubted this at first when I was double checking the temp with another meat thermometer. So, I pulled out YET ANOTHER meat thermometer. The two non Meat Sticks agreed with one another within one degree! Meat Stick? Not so much. It registered at least 20°F over the other two thermometers. I won’t elaborate too much re the short range of the Meat Stick. It’s ridiculous. 10 feet away from the closed grill = no signal. They should NOT have released this product without an external booster. This is a shoddy product that violates your privacy for no reason AND gives you false readings. I returned mine and I suggest you do too. I wish I could give zero stars. Very disappointing.

Very bad product

I was very excited about my purchase of the MeatStick but after many attempts to use the product I can honestly say this is a very bad product. At first, it had no problem pairing and working during my cook. But after use of more than three or four times it just stop working and will not show on the app or the bridge unit. The customer service folks are good and will communicate with you to resolve the problem. In fact, they sent me three new probes over a period of two months and all three stop working only after a few use. Since I was pass the 30 day guarantee period they would not fund my money back. Not the employees fault but a company policy which stink for me. I would love to be able to use this product but I just can’t get them to stay working. Don’t waste your time buying the MeatStick. Very bad product that needs more work.
