Would love deep sides, wedge seats, and a thicker outline on each piece. The fabric selections could be way more. Would love if I could have multiple little room dimension boxes and no shading on the background. The two different views are nice but quite glitchy and I’d like to be able to move around the couch more. Also could there be more rotations? Do a diagonal rotation as well.

My wife and I decided to bite the bullet and buy $5000 worth of LoveSac furniture. On paper TheLovesacApp should be great for helping us plan out configurations, but in practice it is useless. We bought 6 seats and 8 sides based on what we liked in the showroom. You’d think TheLovesacApp could show us “any and all configurations possible with 6/8” but no, it prefers to show pretty much everything else. I do not care what is possible with 3/6 or 8/12. I would rather have a breakdown of “what can you do with what you specifically own.” I have found more useless items from random web searches than TheLovesacApp. My recommendation to people: buy the wood blocks at the LoveSac store and use those to simulate the items you own.

Just downloaded TheLovesacApp...if zero stars was an option that’s what I would give it. After installing TheLovesacApp on my iPhone and opening TheLovesacApp my screen orientation locked in portrait and when I tried swiping to get out of it it opened my camera. I couldn’t get to my home screen only my lock screen, I shut down my iPhone (powered off) restarted it and went through the same B.S. again. As long as you don’t open TheLovesacApp you’re fine, as soon as you open it you’re locked in portrait orientation. After the third shutdown I just deleted TheLovesacApp ...just not worth the aggravation!!!!

Changed room dimensions multiple times and stays 20x20, what is the point of having option to “change” if it stays the same??? Change the color in the side bar, nothing changes. Deleting app and annoyed with Lovesac. Assume sectionals are better than TheLovesacApp but questioning company now.

I’m a huge advocate for your products, but releasing something like this that clearly isn’t complete is pretty disappointing.

Thankfully I know enough about your products to know the shortcomings of TheLovesacApp, but honestly that is confusing if you’re looking to attract new customers.

I use my iPhone XS Max and it is impossible to navigate and use. And I can’t use my phone on the website. Trying to show the layout to friends is not happening. Maybe when they actually spend time and money to actually make it work, I’ll give it another shot. Read other reviews to see that I’m not alone

I’ve been waiting to see if Lovesac would get on board with a mobile app! Love seeing how a set-up will (or won’t) fit in my apartment. Can’t wait to have room for a sactional right beside my moviesac one day!

While I am thrill with the sectionals I have owned for five years, and want to buy more for a different home... I am super disappointed in TheLovesacApp. I need to use wedge seats. Wedges are not in TheLovesacApp . I can’t even set a sectional piece at 45 degrees to simulate the wedge or an angular setup in a room. The Only choice is squared up with the walls. This app is so basic, I don’t think that Lovesac should even be advertising it on their own website.

I want to do a deep configuration and cannot choose a deep side/back. Add all the possible components to TheLovesacApp please!

This is a great idea but you’re missing a lot of available options & is disappointing for such a great product. Please add the deep sides, wedges, ability to move configured couches as a whole etc. Potential new customers need to see all the great options Lovesac has to offer & TheLovesacApp comes up short.

I was able to build a version of my sanctional but I am getting two wedge seats and was unable to use them with TheLovesacApp. Need to add wedge seats. Also couldn’t scroll to choose different fabric styles.

Should have a deep seating option. Would also be nice if it had the wooden base board option so you can see how it needs to be configured once you design it.

Love my Sactional, hate that the deep configuration is practically a secret. TheLovesacApp needs to include deep sides. Also, please offer seats with the deep back cushion as an option, I have too many extra pillows that don’t fit my couch. Not to mention I’m paying an additional $200 per seat for the correctly sized back pillows.

We have had a love sac sofa for two years and love it. However everything about their service is just a little off. So TheLovesacApp being clunky at best is no surprise. It’s cheap and doesn’t show fabric styles which varies from color to color. You can move entire couch by yourself. It’s what IKEA should be.

Confused. This is a new app but doesn’t contain all the options on the website. Where are deep sides? The rest of the color options? The concept is great, it just needs more development. For example, not all rooms are square.
