It was working fine so far. but the last few days whenever trying to log into it. it’s just showing “something went wrong. please reload the apps”. Then I’ve to delete apps from my phone, reinstall n reset my profile. I’ve to face some extra PARA when it is iPhone. it’s really a matter of disappointing from such any professional apps like this app. Losing confidence as a customer. I’d like to request the authority please remove the bugs from it and make it easy and usable.

After updating this app app I have been facing problem with opening the services. It is requiring many more touches to open the services, taking more time than usual or it is much slower and less friendly than the earlier version. I don’t know whether other users are facing the same problem like me, or any one has reported of the problem with the updated app. You are requested to suggest me the reason to face such problem and it’s remedial measures. Thanks

I’m using bKash from a long time,And overall I have a very good experience with bKash it’s very easy to transact money, to pay bills etc but recently after upgrading bKash to version 4.7.0, bKash has become laggy, it takes a bit more time then usual to respond and sometimes gets stuck . I hope that this problem will be solved soon

It ought to be an utter shame for the owners of this app that bKash , even almost at the end of 2019, is still not customized for use on the iPad. The interface covers only half the screen on iPad which looks horrible and is really irritating.

Since it is obvious that lack of fund is not at all an obstacle for this app (Brac Bank) and that the developers surely are more than capable to do it, the logical conclusion is that the only thing responsible for this failure is goodwill and oversight.

Wish both the owners and developers of this app would step up and do something to solve this dire issue.

My app doesn’t show transactions of sending money or making payments. I faced this issue quite a number of times, I made payment or have been sending money to someone but bKash doesn’t show in the transaction records. Which delays the process and I can’t confirm that the money has been sent. It never comes from in my transaction history. The money has been deposited and no text messages as well. It really gets confusing and embarrassing at the same time. Hope this app will sort this issue out!

This time update is too many change and it’s good but the biggest problem is i have 2 this app accounts when i need to login my other number every time i need uninstall this apps and need download again it’s disgusting 😡 please need to solve this problem otherwise it’s lose your popularity from your customer. You need to add a new option like add one or more account can use at same phone .

The interface of bKash is good without any doubt. But the good looking home screen is actually not well organised. More important icons and less important icons, both are given equal priority to show on the home screen.
The rates of transaction fees should be mentioned within bKash under an easily accessible menu.
Moreover this app might have started to charge more for cash out without any prior notice (as per my experience).

All of ur features are good but not happy with ur account settings. Like i have two this app accounts but i use only one smartphone...so I can’t use the two accounts at a time...it’s horrible...so u should focus on it and make the settings so that we can use two or more accounts in one smartphone....like at the starting we have to give our pin number above it there is showing account number...make the account number section editing system...so that we can give our other this app account number n pin number..make sure this changes in ur next update.. thank you

I am using the this app in my iPhone 5s. I am using it for the last 8-10 month. But from 1 month ago I can’t see any title under any services. It’s really awkward to use it when you have to find out the service only by it’s icon, you can’t read the aervice name. I am using the updated iOS. I re-installed it many time but no changes. Please work on it.

I have been trying to reset my this app PIN for the last couple of weeks but I could not talk to your call center nor customer care persons . Every time you have been giving excuses of short man power due to Corona pandemic crisis. I fact during this crisis customer needs more support from this app which you have failed to realize . This is unprofessional & unexpected from company like this app . Please take immediate action as to sort out my problem like many others . You can’t sleep on peoples money this is unlawful . Thanks.

One of the key improvement could be adding more than one account.
Second improvement could be, ability to make online and international payment.

Thanks for your answer and I would like to point to Ms. Rezwana Shetu's review. Some really great suggestions. If you make a checklist of things mentioned here, I believe everyone with a smartphone will use bKash.

I’m using it since many years and about every features i need is present without the option of buying a gift card option. When you release this new app I thought that could be in it. However I suggest to give the option of buying gift card. Please..... And yeah subscriptions of online steaming site.

I’ve been waiting for so long to have bKash in my phone. I am extremely happy to see that I can now operate my this app account without having to deal with all the USSD codes and just simply tap away from bKash ! However, it would be perfect if a biometric login (Touch ID / Face ID) was used instead of having me type in the PIN every time I open bKash .

I wasn’t really sure if i should open a this app account. But seems like it’s really useful these days. I love the way it works. I have one suggestion though. As i have to put my pin in bKash everytime I open it. Can you guys add auto fill or fingerprint recognition for pin too? I think it will be really convenient for the users because we have to put the pin in public. And you don’t know if someone is peeking at your phone. Please look into it. Thanks!

Your app is great and i love using it, but it lacks a couple of features like Face ID login and MasterCard bill. It will be really appreciated if you add Face ID for login. It’s painful and time consuming to type the passcode every time i try to use bKash . And, I’d love to pay my MasterCard bills from this app but there’s no option for that. Hopefully you’ll add MasterCard bill support.

Yeas of course using this app in a app made transferring money making payment now more easier. App all features are good. But the last updated app design is not good. Previous version had smart design smart and simple look.
Now app features like send money, cash out etc are looking a bit complex not looking simple. I want the previous version’s design and look

I was using this app app since 2018.i October i got updates from this app app and now I can't use this app app in my iphone 5. My ios version is 10.3 and we have no further software updates...

Every single thing is good and perfect but there should be an option to login and make payment with touch id instead of using pin again and again. With touch id it will be more easier to login and send money whatever and also much more efficient. As every single ios device have touch id scanner so it can be an option.

Alter updating to this new version 2.4.4, I have been facing random errors. Sometimes it says, ‘ bKash only can be used in bd’, although I am within country and my phone locations settings are ok.
2ndly sometimes altering my phone number and hit enter, it says ‘ there is an error, try again’
Although account number is 100% ok.

Who the stupid developed backend for bKash, I really want to meet him. Lol

bKash is pretty great for mobile banking and also for students who likes to save money like me. For convenience, i wanted a feature that, uses Touch iD/FingerPrint Sensor to login to this app without having to enter this app pincode every single time. Which will be very fast to login and convenience to use. Please implement this feature. I hope you’ll see my feedback ♥️

I found this app app really helpful. But some issues need to be addressed for security.
1. Add face ID / finger print unlock while opening this app app.

2. App must need PIN unlock/face ID/Fingerprint Unlock if the user switches to other app while multitasking or checking notification and comes back to this app app. Currently i can switch to any other app while using this app app and when i return to this app app, i found this doesn’t need any PIN unlock and thus remain unsecured.

3. As the largest mobile payment application in bangladesh, i wished bKash’s UI to look more polished and professional. The logo of this app covers large middle part of the screen every time you do something. The icons inside the application looks unprofessional, cartoonish. Please revamp the look of bKash .

Really enjoyed this app app. Makes life easier. But since yesterday App keeps asking to update and when I click there is no update and hence I can't use bKash . I still use iPhone 5 which cannot be upgraded. I think that's why I can't update. Please look into this and fix it. (I can still use whatsapp viber etc)
