Hello! I am entering the world of wholesale and thought this would be a good app to have. However, whenever I would try to become a member, after ConnectedInvestors would pinpoint my location to add my radius, it kept coming up with different errors, and I kept trying, thinking that maybe it was glitching, until it said “User and IP is blocked. Contact support.” Please help! I would really like to utilize ConnectedInvestors.

App itself is clunky and error-prone.
The service does not filter my feed based on location, so I see a national feed rather than local (no way to change). Location is set using city, which may be fine in a small area, but in a large area with dozens of cities, this can be tedious to enter one at a time. I checked out several “deals” and found ConnectedInvestors only to contain non-deals. Even before repairs, the ARV is exaggerated and the list price far too high to allow room for a profitable investment. While not the fault of ConnectedInvestors , it is their fault for not having better checks in place that now allow random people to list bunk properties as deals. There may be a few diamonds in the rough, but these appear to be the exception not the norm.

After getting a "terms of service" violation for resetting my password, my account was suspended without notice. I never even had an opportunity to fully set up my account. Just a couple of days to browse through ConnectedInvestors . I called the customer service number, no resolution (directed to fill out tech support form). I filled out the tech support form, no resolution(never got back to me). In all fairness the website seems very well put together, and is full of info. This service does seem to be a huge clearinghouse for wholesalers and investors to meet and do business. If however simple things like resetting passwords (from verified emails) can suspend an account, business owners will find it difficult to use this service with any reliability, especially if talking with a live person produces no results.

Not working for me on ConnectedInvestors or the $1,500 desktop version. When I deleted ConnectedInvestors and tried again there was no improvement. After writing to customer service several times I get the response that it’s not ConnectedInvestors but something I’m doing. After that basic functions like opening or receiving emails stop working all together.

The red flag was all the profiles of people who “just signed up” yet instantly had profile pictures etc.

Gets the job done but there a few things that would make it exponentially better.
1. Stop notifying the user every 2 min that “there’s X number of properties available in ____”
2. When typing a message or post, expand the text box as the user is typing so they can actually see the full text before sending it off
3. Once a notification has been addressed, clear it from the notification screen so that the user can actually see what relevant notifications they have

The current version of ConnectedInvestors has bugs rendering, at times, useless.

Even though technical support is fairly responsive (usually same day) their advice is usually to just “uninstall and reinstall” or “restart your phone” which doesn’t solve anything.

Logging on is often super frustrating when all you get is a pop up staying “ YOUR TOKEN IS EXPIRING SOON. TRY AGAIN LATER”. Even after following the advice of uninstalling and reinstalling ConnectedInvestors , that process never solves the issue.

When I first discovered ConnectedInvestors I LOVED it!! I recommended it to multiple people. However, lately ConnectedInvestors has not been working. Nothing loads. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times but only once did it work again. I have tried to contact customer support but have gotten no response. I’m very upset about this :( I’m hoping that someone reaches back or corrects the issue so we can continue to utilize this once amazing app.

I installed ConnectedInvestors on my iPhone and went through the registration process. Upon entering my map location ConnectedInvestors crashed and gave an invalid name format message. Profile not created and water my time. Tried it again 2 more times same result. Not a feature ready professional app until the bugs are fixed.

I can tell that ConnectedInvestors is “new”, I can also tell that the creators really want to make ConnectedInvestors work better and well, to what extent? Idk yet. With all that being said, why doesn’t the “add friend” button work, am I missing something?

ConnectedInvestors was recommended by my mentor for REI.
App is great, but half the time it doesn’t load, or it crashes. I’ve re-downloaded ConnectedInvestors multiple times and made sure it’s up to date on the software and still doesn’t work well. Hope you can get your team to make ConnectedInvestors more efficient.

App works great , just needs some more basic functionality work

I saw a property and contacted the seller. Seller replies saying that was a property he listed 5 years ago and it’s long been sold. Add info on when property was listed or let sellers delete sold listings. Other than that it’s a great app. Fix and I’ll give 5 stars

It locates your real estate helping you find other reliable local investors. You can also you can review the tutorial articles and access home flip calculator / recipe. It is a very smart application.

Moving from California in May of 2020 . ConnectedInvestors helps me know properties available and price range . Away from occupied territory . Just really excited to move back to the United States . And to experience the freedoms that my ancestors fought for .

Not sure how you can make it as a real estate investor without ConnectedInvestors. Looking for property? You’ve got access to them, LOTS of them. Map views, swipe views, all the details you’d ever need. Can’t believe you even have access to your purchased products (including training, contracts, and their new product PiN). Looking for answers to questions you might have as an investor? Their forums are here and you can tap into invaluable answers from other experts. I particularly like the notifications and message center, I’ve got all the communication, answers, and deals I need right in my pocket!

I love the accuracy of ConnectedInvestors! The information appears to be updated frequently. The contacts are accurate and the contacts respond quickly. Keep up the good work! ConnectedInvestors saves me a lot of time! I don’t have to run around as much with my agent looking for homes I may be interested in.

We used a realtor to sell our last home but thi app was the page I promoted to sell it and from out of state we found our current home on Connected Investors after a price change we didn’t see on other sites. Thank you!!

ConnectedInvestors provides quick access to tons of properties with a bunch of automated tools to simplify the process of connecting with homeowners.

The new version of ConnectedInvestors is a step up for real estate investors. It’s easy to connect with investors and funding. It’s now one of the best apps available for posting and locating off market properties. Then you have the whole education side which has an almost unlimited amount of information on real estate investing for beginners all the way up to the most experienced investors. Definitely worth checking out.

Very surprised that ConnectedInvestors is still free... I have already connected with investors on ConnectedInvestors that have been helping me understand how to jump into Real Estate Investing full speed. These relationships would take the traditional investors years to build. This really cuts to the chase and speeds up the process tenfold. Highly recommend this to any new or seasoned investor. You guys have my business for life, thank you for making this transition super easy!
