Downloaded the new Pennymac mobile app a month or so ago. I cannot access my account thru the app. Quite unfortunate. I've been paying my mortgage thru the previous app but no longer. I've been thru the login and associate process several times but no luck accessing from my phone or the browser. PLEASE HELP!

Update: The below developer responses solidify for me that they have no idea what they’re doing. This is your customer engagement? From bad to worse. / For a financial institution, this has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. The experience is bad. The copy is bad. The user flow is bad. The triggers & confirmations are bad & they LOST my February mortgage payment for almost 3 weeks to boot! I have to take screenshots every month just to feel ok about submitting my mortgage payment to this debt collection company masquerading as a mortgage holder. FIX. YOUR. APP. You look bad & make me afraid to make payments to you every month. Pay for someone to properly flow & develop this. Best practice: Never overhaul your app AND the desktop experience at the same time.

1* too many - I’ve tried completing my registration beginning of last year when I was trying to refinance my house -but I couldn’t get through to their customer service -and their automated service on the phone isn’t much help because when I create a profile It says my social security doesn’t match and my loan numbers incorrect. But - over the useless phone service it says it recognizes my phone number and my socials but wants to read me my numbers - i don’t want to write down the info and lose it later - I want it accessible to me all the time! Apps useless and the websites garbage!

Horrible app, I can’t login to my app or the website. I keep getting sent back to the register new account screen, I tried calling to fix, and have tried all suggestions from these reviews with no fix. I have a strong feeling this company doesn’t exist and I’m sending my money to a shell company, especially since my loan through Veterans United was “sold” to this company without my knowledge, I didn’t find out till I was nearly late on a payment when I finally received a letter. This was months ago and to this day, I have not been able to login.
