VENUS is crude and terrible. It doesn’t act like an app, it acts exactly like a website. In fact, there is absolutely no different between their website and their app. An app is 1) supposed to run smoother (than a website); faster transition between pages, not having to wait for your selection to load as long as clicking on a link on a website. 2) Not supposed to require you sign in EVERY time you use VENUS . A website asks you to sign in each time, and app is supposed to retain your login credentials and not ask you to sign in again.
Furthermore, VENUS has so many glitches and errors (one that comes to mind right off the top of my head for example, is adding things to Wishlist; I select the size, I select the quantity, and I press the add-to-wishlist selection, but I get an error message saying “you must select quantity before adding to wishlist”).
It’s just very crudely designed and frankly I don’t see a point in VENUS, when it functions the same as the website and I can just use that. In fact, app functions so terribly, that I usually just give up on ordering something and look for something similar elsewhere . I’m probably going to delete it since I’m just not using it.

First of all I can’t even write a review on the items I’ve purchased, I buy here a lot but I’ve ordered, this will be my 3rd pair of sneakers I’ve ordered and I still have to send 2 pairs back because the shoe is apparently defective... I’ve ordered sneakers here before I wear a 7 and the first pair of shoes I bought were a little big but fit just fine, these shoes I’ve ordered a 7 and they were like baby shoes so then I ordered an 8, still waaay too small so I’m about to go order a 10 and see if that does it but honestly I think the company has messed up badly on these particular sneakers and the size doesn’t even matter because this will be the 3rd time I’ve ordered the same dang pair of shoes just to get them and the same thing happen over and over... so now I’m stuck with 2 pairs of sneakers that I have to send back and wait forever on my refunds...... not happy

I love this app, I am a loyal customer.. In fact the only store I feel comfortable buying from and trust it. Good quality clothes, great customer service, quick shipping, reasonably true to size clothes, not like those which have weird Chinese sizes. It would be great if the item in the cart don’t get deleted after a while from not completing the purchase. Also, it is not easy to get to review the items. Only recently I started receiving emails to rate and review the items, otherwise I can’t. I want to review items that I have purchased months ago. VENUS is also good but needs 3 main and important features.
1- Need to add the wish list option in VENUS . It’s only available on the browser website.
2- Need to synchronize the items in cart that is in VENUS with the one in the website.
3- Need to make it possible to enlarge the photos. It would be great if the customer is able to slide the picture without having to click on one by one when checking out the different angles.

Looking forward for you soon upgrade and improved app.

I’ve been a this app customer since way back in the days of when I used to shop at their store in CA and their models were Brooke Burke and Leanna Tweeden. VENUS is ok but when making purchases, if it has free shipping, you will be charged shipping on the products you return. Also, the info regarding your returns on VENUS under purchases will be less detailed than the info on the email they send you. For example, the return fee and promo shipping are NOT shown on VENUS ’s return details. Also, the taxes refunded showed up less than the taxes charged. Pay attention to the details.

Always love the this app products. Everything I have ever bought is great quality with reasonable prices. this app is my 1st choice when shopping for swim wear and dresses for my wife. The size information has been very helpful and spot on. I downloaded the iPhone app today 1st time and placed an order. I noticed it can use some improvements: While logged in with my account that I’ve had for years, the checkout did not load my name and address info. A few fields like City and State was a little annoying because I had to tap inside the field a 2nd time after trying to use popup keyboard or the selector control. When browsing merchandise I clicked on size info many times, but when I click on Back button to close size page VENUS took me too far back and I had to re-find my item again. I did not let these things deter me from purchasing the items I wanted, and always recommend the this app product line to all my friends.

I've been a faithful and extremely grateful customer for years. The clothing fit me as if they were made for me. The styles are stunning. The material is comfortable, flattering, forgiving and I receive numerous compliments in every item I wear. The prices are reasonable and affordable. The rewards come often enough and are fair. The customer service reps are polite and are able and willing to offer help with a smile. The styles change often so there's always new and exciting choices. Thank you for your dedication to always keeping up with my playful, sassy, spicy, professional and other personalities through your clothing.

I ordered 2 dresses the Sequins Long Dress and the Ruched Surplice and I’m over joyed. The FIT and the QUALITY are AMAZING. I’m a seamstress and always make my dresses so I was not hoping for much because I cretic everything. I’m happy to say there’s nothing about these dresses I would change. I don’t don’t know when I will wear them with all this Pandemic stuff but when we are free to mingle I WILL BE READY 😊Please if you read this review you must order those 2 dresses. You won’t be disappointed.

When I return and apply refunds to my this app wallet, it is impossible to find out later (when I’m shopping on VENUS ) how much my credits are. This leaves me with a negative feeling about this app—you make it hard to use my own credits. Also, I would be more apt to spend MORE when I shop if I could know what the credits are myself, without having to call or chat. This has been bad like this for a long time. Reduces my confidence in this app as a vendor I used to like. Makes me think the company/quality is going downhill.

I’ve ordered for at least 15 years without one return. Every top, sweater, jumpsuit, dress, swimsuit, nightshirt, etc. is perfect, looks like the photo or better, lasts with high end quality, and the size chart is spot on with even some give for us busty gals. I’m 5’8 with a 25-27 inch waist (depending on the season). The length on legs, arms, and waist to hip couldn’t be more perfect. Funny thing is I have cousins that are shorter 5’2 and they also love this app saying everything fits & wears/washes well no hemming or alterations needed. I’m not sure how you do it..but your consistency has won our loyalty. Keep up the good work!

I have been shopping this app before it was this app. They used to be New Port News back in the 90’s an now this app. I was so sad when I gained too much weight to wear these very cute stylish clothes but now they are doing plus sizes. Finally cute clothes for the fluffy girl. Just because we don’t wear the small- large sizes, doesn’t mean we want to dress like our grandma.
I just got my first order in yesterday an these cute plus sizes are true to size. You wear a 16, order a 16. I did order the cutest blue jean dress an it is too small, I will need to size up on that one. It has no stretch no give. Love these clothes, they are nice quality clothes.

What an amazing selection! Many items offered in a large selection of colors! Many newer fashion styles plus many classic fashions for all shapes, sizes and ages! I am a young fashionista at 66 years old. I am a size small and once in awhile a size extra small! I love all the skinny jeans in all the colors! I love all the tight sweater dresses and all the cut out, sexy styles of your selection! There is a great selection of lightweight tops with elbow sleeves or long sleeves appropriate for a warm summer day! I buy ALL MY CLOTHES IN ALL THE COLORS AND STYLES from this app! Thank you this app designers…I wish I was 26 BUT I BELIEVE I’M SEXIER NOW!!! Lol

I absolutely love this app Clothing but hate VENUS . I have yet to be able to place an order on the first try. I have even just plain given up sometimes because it is so difficult. PayPal NEVER works. I just tried placing an order with expedited shipping and even though I kept pushing the button and it added the cost on, it never went through. It just reverted back to standard shipping. It also never allowed me to put in my billing address (which is different than my shipping). We will see if it even goes through. I will try the website from now on and delete VENUS.

I have been ordering thru this app for 10 years now. I love the sexy styles they have. Can’t find them anywhere else! The only issue I have ever had over these years has been the quality of some shirts that were thin/see through. I order about three to four times a year. Would recommend them to friends and have done so. The only other issue has been the support in a bathing suit top. Would love to have more options for bigger bust with more support. Customer service and returns have been great. No complaints here! Love, love this app!!

this app is hands down my favorite store. I've gunshot found a fashionable store for women sizes versus junior only. Everything is true to size and fits very well. I now just about own every pair of jeans on the site. Totally addicted. I get compliments on everything. I was worried the dresses wouldn't fit right so I was sceptical to order one but it came in and I totally loved it, for very well. The only thing I wish is that they would join after pay. Which is a company that pays the bill and then takes out monthly payments for four months until bill is paid, it helps when you want to place a big order.

I don’t like that you are charged shipping on returns and exchanges. It also states on the order form that exchanges are free but I called on the phone and was told that it would go through as two orders so the shipping would not be free which means I’m paying twice. Another issue is how sizing seems to be all over the place, which is why you run the risk of needing a return or exchange. This is the reason I always end up choosing another store that has better deals. Change your shipping policies and you’ll increase your business. There are way too many competitors ahead of the game when it comes to this.

I absolutely am in love with the clothes from this app. I never have a bad experience with them! Returns are easy and their customer service team is wonderful! I needed to return and exchange leggings for a smaller size and the woman that I spoke to mentioned to me that they are a hot buy so she recommended me to buy the smaller pair and then once they received the other pair they would credit me back the money. This transaction took only a couple days and got my refund in an instant! Amazing service and quality products! Always purchase something from them every month!

this app has become my go-to shopping online store. The this app catalog and online shopping are very user friendly. I have been shopping with this app for 2 or 3 years now and love the clothing line.

My mail orders always arrive promptly and I'm always informed on tracking and delivery every step of the way. If I should need to return any item they always fully refund your purchase, which I appreciate so much, because all other clothing stores today will only give you a credit but not this app they always refund your purchase amount right back to your credit card. this app has great selections for any occasions. What I love about the most is their hassle free 90day return or exchange policy. It is always smooth and easy to return or exchange through them. I live in Hawaii and I order most of my clothes online coz I hate the crowd. So, when something doesn’t fit or it just doesn’t look right. They make it really easy to exchange or return. Their selection of clothes is amazing as well. The styles are unordinary. So you wouldn’t see Miss Lucy across the street wearing the same outfit as yours. Even though I know most of my co-workers order from this app as well. There’s styles for everyone. The prices are even better, great quality for the price. That’s why I keep shopping. Love you guys!! My mom introduced me to this app as a young lady and now that I, myself, am a mom, I can appreciate their swim wear even more. From super sexy to full coverage, great quality at great prices. Will always shop this app for my swim wear needs. Have only had to purchase 3 suits in 20 years because they do hold up so well. I still have all 3, but just can’t pull off the styles on two any more. I have three more coming to me now and am SO excited to try them on!

With VENUS I would appreciate if down at the bottom of each listing they would put a link such as “love this look? Here’s the top/bottom shown”.

Other than that, easy! I still enjoy receiving their catalogs also.

I’m very pleased with the customer service I’ve received from this company . This past summer I bought some swimwear from them, I was very impressed and love the quality of the materials and styles. I just recently bought a pair of jeans. I had to return for a smaller size, however; they had sent the wrong pair to me. I called and with know hesitation, they sent the correct pair out to me before I returned the other pair back . Mistakes happen , but they gave great customer service to make it right, and I had my jeans expedited. #customerappriciation #customerservice
