The app is crude and terrible. It doesn’t act like an app, it acts exactly like a website. In fact, there is absolutely no different between their website and their app. An app is 1) supposed to run smoother (than a website); faster transition between pages, not having to wait for your selection to load as long as clicking on a link on a website. 2) Not supposed to require you sign in EVERY time you use the app. A website asks you to sign in each time, and app is supposed to retain your login credentials and not ask you to sign in again.
Furthermore, the app has so many glitches and errors (one that comes to mind right off the top of my head for example, is adding things to Wishlist; I select the size, I select the quantity, and I press the add-to-wishlist selection, but I get an error message saying “you must select quantity before adding to wishlist”).
It’s just very crudely designed and frankly I don’t see a point in this app, when it functions the same as the website and I can just use that. In fact, app functions so terribly, that I usually just give up on ordering something and look for something similar elsewhere . I’m probably going to delete it since I’m just not using it.

First of all I can’t even write a review on the items I’ve purchased, I buy here a lot but I’ve ordered, this will be my 3rd pair of sneakers I’ve ordered and I still have to send 2 pairs back because the shoe is apparently defective... I’ve ordered sneakers here before I wear a 7 and the first pair of shoes I bought were a little big but fit just fine, these shoes I’ve ordered a 7 and they were like baby shoes so then I ordered an 8, still waaay too small so I’m about to go order a 10 and see if that does it but honestly I think the company has messed up badly on these particular sneakers and the size doesn’t even matter because this will be the 3rd time I’ve ordered the same dang pair of shoes just to get them and the same thing happen over and over... so now I’m stuck with 2 pairs of sneakers that I have to send back and wait forever on my refunds...... not happy

I love Venus, I am a loyal customer.. In fact the only store I feel comfortable buying from and trust it. Good quality clothes, great customer service, quick shipping, reasonably true to size clothes, not like those which have weird Chinese sizes. It would be great if the item in the cart don’t get deleted after a while from not completing the purchase. Also, it is not easy to get to review the items. Only recently I started receiving emails to rate and review the items, otherwise I can’t. I want to review items that I have purchased months ago. The app is also good but needs 3 main and important features.
1- Need to add the wish list option in the app. It’s only available on the browser website.
2- Need to synchronize the items in cart that is in the app with the one in the website.
3- Need to make it possible to enlarge the photos. It would be great if the customer is able to slide the picture without having to click on one by one when checking out the different angles.
Looking forward for you soon upgrade and improved app.
