Gigabit speed on my end!

ExtendedCareVirtualCareRoom says I have low bandwidth. I recently upgraded to gigabit service. Using a well-known speed test app, it showed speeds of over 400 Mbps down and over 39 Mbps up. I see there are similar reviews. FIX YOUR APP!!

Was taking up so much room in the background & caused my phone to overheat at night

ExtendedCareVirtualCareRoom uses so much power in the background that it caused my phone to overheat while charging

Gigabit Connection - App Says “Not enough Bandwidth!”

I have gigabit WiFi at home and regularly pull 350-475 Mbps download and upload speeds but apparently that’s not enough to run ExtendedCareVirtualCareRoom! I continuously get an error stating “not enough bandwidth” and it won’t let me conduct the “test” required for an appointment.
