I am able to log into my account on line but not on the app on my samsung phone.

To resolve Waitrose & Partners network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Waitrose & Partners App
1. On android, goto Settings » Waitrose & Partners » click [Force Stop]

Clear Waitrose & Partners App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Waitrose & Partners » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Waitrose & Partners.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Waitrose & Partners » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Waitrose & Partners » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Waitrose & Partners
