Just like 90% of the other reviewers said, OlliesBargainOutletInc is crap. I wasted a good half an hour, tediously imputing all my information in 3 seperate times (which I was kinda suprised you guys didn't ask for my SSN, to be honest...), thinking I must've done something wrong, but turns out that the only thing I did wrong, was waste that half an hour of my life that I will never get back on this useless app. What's the point of even creating OlliesBargainOutletInc, if your customers can't make an account to use it? And from the looks of the dates from other reviewers, this has been going on for a long time now, and yet noone from Ollie's could spare even an hour to try to fix it for their customers? Nothing? Not even so much as one vague and indifferent reply to one of your (very) many negative reviews? Awesome customer service and business integrity. All of us can really tell how much you love and appreciate your customers. Keep up the good work. I'm sure business will really start booming soon.

Your coupons aren’t worth the trouble. I was in the store and couldn’t get the 15% off that was advertised without an email or a cards in the mail. So, why am I spending money using my membership that I’m asked for my phone number everyone I shop? I think that I’m getting benefits for doing that, but it’s apparent that I’m not. I make a purchase with my phone number that links me to your system, showing that I’m a frequent customer. But I can’t get your advertised discount after giving up all this information. I’m not going to spend any more money at any of your stores. I will pay more rather than be frustrated with making purchases here. I would have felt better about spending my money without the coupon offer because I wouldn’t have expected the advertised discount. Do away with your coupons or do away with your system of how to redeem them. It’s frustrating! I drive 20 miles to shop here and now this…

I’m always sure that I’ll find exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Yup play on words, but that’s what happens every time I walk through those doors! As for the employees, well, I think they do a fine job . And the store is like a treasure hunt. Stop being so critical and just have fun looking for stuff you don’t even know you need ,YET.

After driving past the store many many times in Ponca City, OK, I finally stopped. Lots & lots of books, Christmas decorations, bedding, a little automotive & DIY, toys & puzzles & seen-on-TV stuff, some clothes, lots of medium size area rugs…and so much more! The locations in the Oklahoma City area are closer to home so they’re next on my list. Browse a lot then Buy & Save!

The store in Florence Alabama just opened and we were able to go in. It was crowded but the employees handled it well and the prices are always a good deal! We used to travel 2 hours to the closest store. Now we have one close by!! I definitely recommend shopping there!

So like almost everyone in the reviews I couldn’t create my account, but what you have to do is go to their website and create the account there first. Once you’re all set and you have your email verified you can login in OlliesBargainOutletInc . It worked for me. Good store.

Don’t learn the hard way like I did. If you have any coupons, unlike Sheetz and other stores, you MUST present your coupon by phone or mention it to them or else you won’t get your discount!! I found that out the hard way. Mention to them your discount or else you won’t get it… trust me!

Downloaded OlliesBargainOutletInc . Verified my email. Then logged in. OlliesBargainOutletInc asked to make a new password. Once I did, then it seemed to work perfectly. All adds and info on my points showed. I will update again after I return to the store to use OlliesBargainOutletInc .

When I’m looking for something I go to Ollie’s first. Don’t always find what I’m looking for but if I do I know it’s the best price around. AND I seldom walk out without finding something I didn’t know I needed!

App works great. Good layout with access to Ollie’s card and local store flyer. Maybe they updated it recently, but I don’t know what those other reviews are talking about! No issues so far!

I just went to Ollies. I came home and decided to download OlliesBargainOutletInc and be able to see the ads. However after putting in all my personal info the submit button does not work so I deleted OlliesBargainOutletInc . I will maybe try again. Probably not. You have to catch your customers attention while you have it.

OlliesBargainOutletInc is great some of the time. You can see deals and all that, but it desperately needs updated. I cannot “set my store”. I cannot add my ollies card there for I can’t use my rewards/coupons if I get any. It’s very frustrating. Please update it and fix this!

We went to the Lewisville location and the cashier gave me a savings card and told me to load app. Loaded app and it won’t let me submit.

OlliesBargainOutletInc only worked once or twice for me! I can’t log in, reset password or create new acct…everything says error! I have tried several times over a few months and nothing and no way to contact anyone about my acct.
Don’t bother, not worth the time!

Almost every time this is the message I get. I can never count on it to check for coupons etc because of this. I’ve tried deleting app and re installing countless times. I have an iPhone XR. I shouldn’t have these problems.

The cashier wore her mask around her neck (Ivie from Hoover, AL store) and told me I couldn’t get the discount if I didn’t have my discount card even though I have OlliesBargainOutletInc . While ringing me up she was asking when her break was since she’d been there for an hour and a half. Other employees were fine.

A manager in the Pensacola store approached two you girls threatening them while they were outside the store and watched them like they were theives and if that’s how potential customers are to be treated because of being a different race I will never shop with that company ever again

I’ve tried numerous times to create an account and it still won’t let me. It keeps saying “Make sure all required fields are filled out snd try again.” I’ve checked it a thousand times and still nothing.

FIRST OFF: No joiny - no usey ... no accounty ... no usey!
If ur not close to a store... brick wall ... you shall not pass ... you can’t even look at a flier.
They won’t shut up about joining “Ollie’s army”.
If you think this is a discount shopping site/app like Banggood or geek ... uh ... no ... just smells scammy to me. I’m backing out and deleting ASAP.

Disappointed with the fact that just because it’s in their ad truly means nothing as several employees informed me that they do not always get items in the ad I ask if ever to confirm was told yes sometimes never!!

The fact that there even IS an upper limit tells me there is some older system in use. Password length is key when it comes to security. Having a short upper limit is bad security practice.

After a new login and password ( all card holders may have to go through that process since the website was redesigned), it was really easy to log in and start using OlliesBargainOutletInc . I have all my coupons in my pockets, and I know how much is needed till the next one. What can I say ? Great store, great price, and great app. Keep the good work folks !

Fairly decent app but it states that I'm a 2-star general and am about halfway to 3 star, but there is no matrix for the earning criteria- I.E. how many "points" does it take for me to reach 4 star...5 star, etc.
this information isn't available on OlliesBargainOutletInc anywhere and there isn't a "contact us" or "frequently asked questions" option available on OlliesBargainOutletInc . There is literally no way to find a way to get answers to questions/inquiries.

Your app is crap! I tried to log in for the first time after I had signed up & my email was confirmed, & it said “There is a mistake. Your email or password is wrong. The second time I tried, the screen went to a “PASSWORD CHANGE” screen, so I tried to change the password. The “RESET PASSWORD” at the bottom on the screen wouldn’t light up, so I couldn’t reset the password. If the stores ran as bad as OlliesBargainOutletInc, you’d be out of business!

I followed the sign-up instructions. The process seemed to hang. I quit and tried again. I got a dialog box stating my email address was already registered. So I logged in and waited for the confirmation email. It never came so I requested a resend. Still no message. I waited several hours and tried again. Still no message. I gave up and deleted OlliesBargainOutletInc . You don’t really need it if you’re on Ollie’s email list.

I was very surprised at what all you had in your store and the prices were fantastic!! I found some great deals and I know I saved over $30 on my first trip! I will be back!! Keep up the great deals!!

Never had any problems until November. I have deleted OlliesBargainOutletInc and reloaded it several times. I don’t know what to do

Love OlliesBargainOutletInc. Anything to make checkouts faster and easier are the best. It’s nice not to have to try and go through emails to find your coupons. It was supper easy to download and set up. I’m very pleased.

No matter what I do and how many times I try- the submit button does not work when trying to sign up/ sign in. Can’t get the email verification to get sent to me. I tried this 6 months ago and again today and it still doesn’t work - which tells me the company is not paying attention to issues presented here at all!

Signup was quick and easy - took about 2 minutes max! OlliesBargainOutletInc is laid out very well, and it’s easy to navigate to find what you’re looking for. Love it!

Problems with store locator(when using the “find me” feature it thought I was over 300 miles from my actual location) and thus the “current flyer” feature doesn’t work at all. Ollie’s is my favorite store and I’ve been shopping there since they opened, but they shouldn’t offer/push an app with so many defects.

Simple shopping app linked to buyer card. Laughing at reviewer complaining about password length limit. Pretty sure no hacker ever wanted my Ollie's card points!

OlliesBargainOutletInc is linked to your card. Once you register your card all you do is use that info. Super simple.

Signup was easy and smooth. Experience at store was great. Cashier scanned my card and then scanned my coupon. Made the redeeming coupon easy and fast.

Just had a store open close to me, so I have OlliesBargainOutletInc and look forward to using it often. That being said, I wish my Ollie’s Army card was compatible with the Apple Wallet so I didn’t have to open OlliesBargainOutletInc .

Will give 2 stars for now, but will adjust as needed.
