Just like 90% of the other reviewers said, this app is crap. I wasted a good half an hour, tediously imputing all my information in 3 seperate times (which I was kinda suprised you guys didn't ask for my SSN, to be honest...), thinking I must've done something wrong, but turns out that the only thing I did wrong, was waste that half an hour of my life that I will never get back on this useless app. What's the point of even creating this app, if your customers can't make an account to use it? And from the looks of the dates from other reviewers, this has been going on for a long time now, and yet noone from Ollie's could spare even an hour to try to fix it for their customers? Nothing? Not even so much as one vague and indifferent reply to one of your (very) many negative reviews? Awesome customer service and business integrity. All of us can really tell how much you love and appreciate your customers. Keep up the good work. I'm sure business will really start booming soon.

Your coupons aren’t worth the trouble. I was in the store and couldn’t get the 15% off that was advertised without an email or a cards in the mail. So, why am I spending money using my membership that I’m asked for my phone number everyone I shop? I think that I’m getting benefits for doing that, but it’s apparent that I’m not. I make a purchase with my phone number that links me to your system, showing that I’m a frequent customer. But I can’t get your advertised discount after giving up all this information. I’m not going to spend any more money at any of your stores. I will pay more rather than be frustrated with making purchases here. I would have felt better about spending my money without the coupon offer because I wouldn’t have expected the advertised discount. Do away with your coupons or do away with your system of how to redeem them. It’s frustrating! I drive 20 miles to shop here and now this…

I just went to Ollies. I came home and decided to download the app and be able to see the ads. However after putting in all my personal info the submit button does not work so I deleted the app. I will maybe try again. Probably not. You have to catch your customers attention while you have it.
