I can’t access my mobile storage. It takes me to the mobile storage screen, but if click on “photo” or “video” the whole app glitches out, my screen turns black and the app quits working.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent iCSee Pro app issues:

Force Stop the iCSee Pro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click iCSee Pro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update iCSee Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iCSee Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "iCSee Pro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch iCSee Pro.

Fix iCSee Pro unable to contact server/ iCSee Pro internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click iCSee Pro » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got iCSee Pro » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iCSee Pro on android.
